Water in finished basement?
We came back today from out of state visiting a very ill family member to find the sump pump over flowed - not super horrible but enough that certain sections of carpet are extremely wet/saturated - H thinks we can do ourselves - I want to call someone. I was thinking Coit (?) but I don't know how much these place cost - any recs or ideas?
With everything going on I am so overwhelmed - thanks for any help.

Re: Water in finished basement?
Ditto the shop vac. Turn on fans facing the wet carpet to dry it out faster too. You can also use a steam cleaner to suck out the water.
This exactly. This will prevent the most moisture rentention and mold growth.
