new windows- hopefully in early may, i could vomit when i think about what we are paying for this. ours are 15 years old and drafty pieces of krap.
other than that, we are moving sue into a different room in the house, moving the "office" into her room and creating a playroom in the former "office"/ man cave/ treadmill room, sometime around may/june. it's going to require some new furniture and paint- but nothing ridiculous.
it's time's like these i miss my paycheck!

A pair of shoes from the Boden catalog and a new purse...
oh, did you mean non-selfish necessary purchases?
We have a detached garage and have to replace the concrete floor.
haha smile!
We just purchased windows for our house- OUCH!! After that i think it will be gutters because our house has none!
We need to get those things that go over the gutters to prevent leafs from building up, that will be this spring.
And I think we are going to get a new washing machine. Mine likes to jump across the room when you wash in it even though its level.
We only plan on living in our current house another 3 yrs or so, so we are trying to limit the renovations. This past winter we put in all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
We got it at Costco a few years ago. They always have good furniture finds.
Hells yea...I was planning on having one either way
Probably late June.
