Re: what are you looking forward to this week?
I actually have a lot going on this week. Was not looking forward to the snow we're getting right now. Boo.
Today I have my very first graduation from my program! She invited her mom and her kids, it's cool to see some of my clients succeeding.
Friday is BFF's baby Tucker's birthday! I can't believe my little man is one already. I'm making him a little smash cake with a caterpillar on it, and a bunch of matching "bug" cupcakes for the rest of the party people. Then I'll be spending the weekend packing for DC!!!
Thursday: we road trip to Raleigh (an easy 3 hours) to go see Idina Menzel in concert!! (you might know her from Glee, Rent and Wicked- among a million other amazing things). We will also enjoy a day in a town with real restaurants (Red Robin!) and real stores (Target!).
Other than freaking out for yet another week to see if I'll have a job, I'm looking forward to Sami's next tooth breaking through, because I don't know how many more nights like last night I can handle right now...
... yeah thats about it.

Boring week for me. No plans. Just work. Bah.
Catching up with a friend on Wednesday night.
Not working on Friday - helping a friend host a benefit to raise money for her marathon run for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute that night.
So jealous. I saw her in concert a few years ago and it was AMAZING! ? Idina. I would have her babies. Have you ever seen her in action before? I saw her in Wicked on Broadway twice and it was everything I could ever hope for. I had only wished I saw her in RENT on stage, but at least I have the movie to keep me company

Baby Blue Eyes
My boss is off this whole week
I have my screening today that checks for abnormalities, like Downs. Although I'm EXTREMELY excited to see the baby ( and since it will actually look human), I'm really scared of the outcome. My luck is that after comeing all this way, something will be really wrong.

Had some great couple fun this weekend, well group fun, so in a good mood.
It's also a great week because the kids I don't like have their grandparents visiting so no need for me. Yay for focusing on the kids I do like!
Today: NOTHING - yay
Tomorrow: trying this weird restaurant H wants to go to
Wednesday - kids I like
Thursday - mom's bday dinner with stepdad, MIL and H
Friday - kids I like
Saturday - kids I don't like, gun class, hopefully some couple fun if Aunt Flo cooperates
buffing up on a persuasion tactic to get your husband to sign that horrendous post-nup agreement, are you?

Not much, it's a calm week.
Thursday I'm going out for coffee with my mom friends- one's due in 7 weeks and the other has a 6 week old son.
Saturday I'm going to a retirement party for my mom's friend, and Sunday to an AIDS research fundraiser concert with my cousin and some of his friends. I always look forward to hanging out with my cousin, he's a riot.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Fo sho.
Actually, it was my husband's idea so maybe *I* should be the one worried..........hmmmm........
Back to reality after a week in Florida = not fun. Working from home today due to delayed flight helps a little.
Jury duty possibly on Friday, and then weekend getaway with the hubster. Mixes things up a bit!
Oh yes, the mean streets of Marshfield...

Well, I meant him shooting me...........
Keep up with the jokes/sarcasm.
And, actually, I'm learning how to use a gun because several social work graduates (of my school) have gotten shot while doing home visits in Boston.
So, I probably won't carry a gun but I'd like to know how to turn the gun back on them and use it if it came to that. :-(

I'm going to see my college today- beautiful sunshine and 80 degrees here in SoCal- I guess it is only fair that I get one nice day because it has been COLD and WET the rest of my vaca.
Tomorrow I'm going home. Such a long flight!
Then I'm looking forward to being reunited with my baby dog and cuddlin up with my husband.
And maybe this weekend I'll clean my house since Neuner is coming and lord only knows what damage my husband did being by himself for 5 days.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Lots! We're painting baby's Charron's room this week, doing the trim/new closet door this weekend and getting baby's furniture delivered. It's actually going to look like a nursery.
I'm also getting an Island that my Pap made for me this weekend. He made it from cherry wood from his land. It even has a built in wine rack (be jealous!)
Then we're celebrating my step dad's birthday!
Weeeeeee! So excited for the weekend to start.
Myself and Nate feel your pain
; I thought I was wrong but the pediatrician confirmed he's teething early. He is MISERABLE. Will barely eatsleep and fusses until the tylenol kicks in. What a great way to return to work; I hope my babysitters don't bail...
Also, congrats and gl on your upcoming US Angela; Healthy baby ....vibes... sent your way:)
Wow! Yeah, that's definitely a great feeling! Go you!
really? first you call her a fat, smelly, sweaty bully and then you say she finds murders funny?
you are a fantastic judge of character. not.
I don't know if I said smelly but hey, if the shoe fits.
I didn't say she finds murders funny. I said she has a sick sense of humor.
Plus, she was the one making the jokes about the gun class. I was just remarking on how she had no comments once she found out the real reason for the gun class.
Maybe people should wait to find out what's really going on BEFORE you start making comments, and that includes you - *snort*
