Ironic that I'm asking this, since a few weeks ago I was asking for bfing help! We worked through our issues and Grier is nursing like a pro. But now she won't take a bottle. We've tried having dh give her a bottle in the evening, while I pump. Sometimes, she'll take an oz and other times she won't take any of it. Tonight, the second dh put the bottle in her mouth, she started crying and got herself so worked up that she threw up

I put her on the boob and she calmed right down, though, I was pretty empty because I had just pumped. Any tips or bottles that I should try? We've tried dr browns and avent. She won't take a paci, either (unless she's full to the gills, but still wants to suck). Poor girl, has to learn to like the bottle because she'll be in daycare and I work too far away to nurse her on my breaks.

Re: Br: bottle help, please!
Breastflow, Tommy Tippee, or Playtex drop-ins are all supposed to be good for breastfed babies.

The MAM bottles/paci's are great. they're supposed to be like the real deal. I have a TON of the bottles, you'd just need to get the nips, or the nipples also fit in the Avent bottles. I've only found them at BRU & TRU. They were the ONLY ones El liked. they're flat(er) I think Tahsa used them too? Not sure.
