I'll bring name tags. We can order drinks and food off the menu. The room is free as long as there are some food orders (who doesn't love tavern/bowling alley food?!?) :-)
I had mentioned bringing our crochet hooks before but maybe that wouldn't be so cool at a bowling alley? :-) So, let's leave 'em at home and look at a different crafter's GTG in the future? Okay, cool.

Unless we want decorations (hmm...no thanks?) I don't think there is anything left to do but show up! I'll just bring a pack of name tags (if we want...too dorky for a public place?).

but I've knit at a wild game, a twins game and my brother's swim meet.
I asked DH to take the night off, so I should be there. I'll bring my bowling ball and shoes too if people want to actually bowl a game or two!
She is 1 already!?!?! Man time flies!
And of course we would be in the opposite place at the same time. :-)
I'll be in Duluth for the marathon! We could meet up then!

(here's a tip.....if you plan a GTG you can pick a place and time that works best for you.....hence this one being super close to my house...but shhh don't tell anyone else that, haha)

i think name tags are a great idea. kinda dorky but it takes the pressure off of having to remember everyone's names. i made name tags for everyone at the GTG i did at my house. (i think it really helped the husbands out the most!) : )
