I stayed on TK for the same reason. I am hoping the girls who are getting married soon or recently got married will come over too.

A. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink it. I can ask people all day long to do something but I'm not exactly holding a gun to their head, ya know?
B. It's not my fault you called the wrong dang number so I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't be pissy with me when I am taking the time to look through 3 different things to find the right phone number because I am nice. And when I say "Hold on one moment while I transfer you", an attitude filled "*huff and puff*I'll be here" isn't exactly the response I was looking for.

I feel bad right now. I can't remember someone's name!
And I forgot an AW from last week and I don't want to forget it before this Thursday: we sold 85 prom tickets in the first week!!!! There have been years where we didn't even sell that many in the first two to two and a half weeks!
Yes there are mods on TN but probably not here because...well who would do it? There was no one here, LOL. Unless someone likes talking to themselves.
What I like about TN: the little note symbol lets you know if you have read the new posts in that thread or not. (bold vs. unbold)
What I'm getting used to: I have to hit reply instead of there being a box to just automatically type in. Also, the quote is kind of strange.
Brianna - we may not need a mod right now, but I'm sure we will in the future.

You can change how the posts show up by going down to the bottom of the main board page. That was the first thing I did!
I'm glad we're all moving over here, I was tired of talking about weddings, and I felt a little silly whenever I'd type "TheKnot" into my browser.
Today I had lunch with the person who last interviewed me. (He was already an acquaintance before the interview). He didn't have any specific leads for me, but I now have another good contact in the field!
I'm gonna come over here now, even though I'm about 6 months early.
(I didn't have to change my date either)
I'm already tired of hearing about weddings. Everyone keeps asking how wedding planning is going, all I say is, "It's all done! Just gotta pay for it!" I hope I'm not going to be tired of my wedding by the time it rolls around.
