I have a couple of tilapia fillets that I want to cook for dinner, but I am short on inspiration. Got any ideas?
Requirements:
No frying (trying to be healthy) - pan sautee with a small amount of oil is okay.
Simple and quick is best.

I'm late but maybe you can do this next time.
Grease foil on a sheet pan with some Pam. Season your fish fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley and a little dash of cayenne pepper. Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35-40 mins.
I usually make a little whipping cream sauce and pasta but that part is not healthy..
