If we're friends on Facebook, Please don't repeat any of this on there (I know you girls won't)

 So I took 4 pregnancy tests this weekend. One was inconclusive and three had plus signs! My period is 4 days late, I had EXTREME moods swings last week, some cramping, and a little nausea, and headaches. Which after researching online are all pregnancy symptoms. I'm freaking out/excited/nervous/scared/excited/worried.

This wasn't exactly planned, though so I'm still in shock at this point.  DH and I were only "not careful" twice. Then I decided that I wanted to wait before we started actively TTC until June or so until we got some other things settled...but I guess you can only plan so much in life. :)

I'm trying not to think too much about everything yet, as I know it's still very early. I'm going to call the DR today for an appointment though. Party!!!

    Very exciting!! Sounds like all signs point to yes! If your dr is like mine they might not have you come in for a while. Mine said pg tests are so accurate now that there isn't really a reason too. Congrats!

    Thanks ladies! My main concern about getting pregnant was that I found out a few weeks ago that a medication I need to take periodically (like once a year) shouldn't be taken during pregnancy. I'm going to talk to the midwife about it. Its such a low dosage, I'm wondering if it will be OK.

    I made the appointment for April 26th. The cramping has me a little worried, but I guess its somewhat normal as long as there is no bleeding. *fingers crossed*

    I stopped my asthma medication that couldn't be taken during pregnancy as soon as I found out... I'm sure it's fine-- I don't think it crosses over to the embryo until 8 weeks or something (can't remember the exact timeline).

    Congrats!!!! As far as cramping, I had crazy cramping to the point they thought it was ectopic and rushed me in, but all was good a couple of weeks later. Hope the same happens for you.
