DH says that when I try on anything pink. He pretty much just doesn't like pink on me. Also, I hate that when DH says he hates something I don't buy it or stop wearing it. If I tell him I hate something of his he just says okay and keeps wearing it. Ugh.
In short, i'm a boring, lazy wife this week. The end.
The other day I was walking our dog, Stella in our neighborhood. H hadn't come home from work yet. I was walking up our street and H pulled up in his car behind me. He pulled over and was laughing he said:
"I didn't recognize you at first and thought 'that's the first hot girl I've seen in this neighborhood' Then I saw Stella and realized that hot girl is my wife"
I am going to Hiatus spa with my mom on Saturday for Spa Week and getting a facial. I could easily become addicted to facials I think.

That's cute. Last year a friend and I got ready for a halloween party at my house and met our husbands at the party. We got to the party and mingled awhile before seeing our husbands. She went to the bathroom and I walked up on the group of guys just in time to catch my friend's husband talking about how hot the girl dressed as Lady Gaga was. He literally had no idea it was his wife.
I am excited to be a guest...I've actually never been this excited about going to a wedding before, not that I have been to a ton. I think it's because my perspective is different now, now that I am married and had a wedding?
Aww that makes me happy! :-) I know that you ladies will for sure appreciate all the work that went into it!

ooo, I'm getting one on Friday at Facelogic. I'm very excited! It was a Groupon special a while back so I think I only paid $30. Yes!

I'm kind of nervous to get a facial. I have really sensitive skin. I don't want my face to turn into a huge red blob.
Oh, I have the MOST sensitive skin. I've gotten them before at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. Heavenly. They don't do anything abrasive. Go get one!
I'll let you know how Facelogic is next week.

I stuck to my guns this morning with a student. I tend to cave in sometimes at the end of the six weeks but I told a student that he had to come in yesterday morning to make up a quiz from before Spring Break (five weeks ago now) or I would let the zero stand. He didn't show up but came to talk to me this morning (not yesterday during the day) to say he couldn't come. I told him I wouldn't let him make it up at this point and that I told him that yesterday. He came to talk to me again before his class started and said he didn't understand why I wouldn't let him. So I let him have it: "I had a student who lost his dad four weeks ago and has missed two weeks and has made up all his work. So no."
I second this. They were amazing!
I'm wearing a dress. It's a sheath, I think blue and gray/silver, silky-ish material, with heels. This all depends on if it is clean, because I have been working late all week and I keep forgetting to see if it's in the closet or not.

Wasn't there talk about everyone wearing their wedding dress somewhere while back?
Edit: Here is the black/silver dress (it will be worn with a bolero as well) and here is the pink/black one. DH says to wear the black and silver one because the other seems more like a summer dress.

I like both of those. I may have to hit up the Dress Barn in Denton now. I went to the one in Flower Mound last night.
Oh my gosh, Sarah, what if they all come wearing their dresses too?!

It wasn't our intention to go to Dress Barn but we saw their display and they had a TON of cute dresses inside. And you get a clutch-purse-thing if you spend a certain amount- you may have seen that last night.
