I know the board's been slow, but I've seen a bunch of new people post in the last couple of weeks. Welcome new people! Maybe there is hope for us yet.

Im here... and usually peak in once a day. DH and I are meeting his sister and her husband for camping this weekend. Im super excited about seeing them, and just getting away for the weekned. Not too crazy about the idea of camping though with all the wildfires, but they are far enough away we should be okay. Praying for rain!

I'm here. I also usually peek in once a day. It's slow here, but I worry the girls at the Bump don't want me posting there since we don't have kids yet. I don't seem to get many responses there. So I'm now trying to post non baby related questions here (see post above!)
As for this weekend, we are going to stay with the in-laws. Wish me luck. At least I'm glad we will also be seeing some friends.
I know what you mean, SareBear. I don't think the ladies mind it, but I'm self-conscious starting NBR topics over there, which is why I'm hoping this board picks up.

Add me to the kicking back, chilling out club this weekend. No big plans here except brunch with my parents and relaxing.
This weekend I have a house to clean.
I have 5 papers and one project due the next two weeks I need to get started on Saturday.
DH and I are going to check out our favorite cover band, Skyrocket- www.skyrockettheband.com, at Cedar Street Courtyard Saturday night. They're *awesome*.
Church will be early Sunday and then I'm sure we'll do something w/ DH's family in the afternoon meal-wise.
I'm here. I hope this board picks up, too. Maybe with the new folks around it will.
Easter is the biggest family holiday for DH's family so we're going to South TX for the weekend. His parents live in the country where there is absolutely no cell reception so I can't worry about anything while I'm there. It's awesome! I cannot wait.

I have several options for the weekend, but the only confirmed portion is a meal with my parents & brother's family on Sunday. I'm thinking about making a pinata for my nephews, so that should be fun.

I am still here! Never going over to The Bump because we're pretty sure we're not having kids.
My husband is going to visit friends this weekend, so I'm going to be here all by my lonesome. We're shopping for a new car, so I may do that. Or I'll just end up cleaning the house and doing errands as usual.

For me this weekend.. I'm thinking painting my guest room and yard work. Oh, and my first sprint triathlon of the season. I'm looking forward to the bike/run part of it, but not the swim because the water is EFFING cold (even with a wetsuit).
I'm pretty sure none of them care and actually probably like having us around! I've been posting there for at least a couple of years now, even before I had BOTB. I mostly reply to other people's posts though. But I post NBR stuff over here as well. I have to admit though, I get a little sad/bitter when I see all these posts from people moving to Austin. I'm jealous, I want to move back!!!

I'm here! Had to get a new screen name a few weeks ago, which stinks (some sort of error with special characters that were in my old one).
Nothing fun this weekend. Need to finish some yardwork in our backyard and work on training with our new dog. We signed him up for an obedience class and the Basic was all full so we went ahead and signed up for Advanced
I hope we don't embarrass ourselves.
We thought about going up to DFW for Easter, but I don't know that we'll be able to make it.
i'm here. i check in on both the nest and the bump. i'm more of a lurk and respond when i have something relevant to contribute.
took today off and taking tomorrow off too. we've been out of town or had some major family event every weekend for the last 2 months that this will be the most open weekend in a while. taking a prenatal yoga w/partners class on saturday, then to our nephew's bday party. doing an easter lunch or dinner with the ILs sunday.
I'm here off and on most of the time. I do like that it seems like we are getting more new people and am hoping that this board picks up a bit!
No big plans for the weekend, just a potluck lunch thing on Sunday. And no work tomorrow!!!
Me too! I know the Bumpies told me to post over there, but I still feel weird about it.
I lurk on here and the Bump a few times a week, but don't post as much unless I have something (I deem) relevant to contribute.
DH has class tomorrow, a test at 9am and a big paper due at 5pm, so we won't be going out of town this weekend. On Saturday morning we're going to the famer's market and I think we will go to a family BBQ later in the day, and on Sunday we'll probably go have brunch somewhere and go to the river.
I don't post very often because it's so slow (if I posted more it wouldn't be as slow - I know. Dumb logic).
This weekend DH are doing our usual holiday thing: drive to Houston on Friday. Saturday do Easter at my dad's. Sunday Easter at my mom's. The neighbor is having an adult easter egg hunt with money in the eggs and mimosas so that should be fun.

Pretty sure I count as one of the new nesties -- Sorry posting hasn't been a priority lately, I've just been really tired after work, and not had anything interesting to say XD
Early Saturday DH and I will be making the trek to Houston to spend a quick Easter wknd with my family. We'll probably do egg coloring and hunting in the afternoon with our 3.5 y.o. nephew, then church and fancy brunch on Sunday
DH is freaking out because it means he'll be 'losing' 2 days from his intense pre-finals study-a-thon (which I'm fairly certain is entirely fueled by rockstar energy drinks at this point), but I'm hoping he'll be able to relax and enjoy himself a bit
