I don't think she's mentally stable. Her H obviously does not love her, or even like her, that's clear to even an outsider. His relationship with the horse trainer was inappropriate to say the least, he told her he can't be burdened with her or her problems, he's made it clear she is not his priority, etc.
My biggest WTF moment was when she emailed all of us saying she's getting divorced and needs a place to stay. Not one week later I caught her post on the ATL bump board saying "we just had our 5th anniversary and it keeps getting better and better! Marriage 4 evah!" Say whut? The constant DD'ing is just ridiculous too, she knows it's not going to turn out well but she keeps doing it. It's bizarre.
I understand what you're saying, but it's not our job to get her help. I privately gave her some information on a counselor and encouraged her to go and get some therapy. I don't know if she did or not. Her erratic behavior, calling us all "backstabbers", her bizarre rant about the GTG that no one blamed her for pretty much ended her friendship with most of us. She clearly needs help, but it's up to her to go get it.
I must have missed a lot when I took my little nest break a while back. I've never heard any of this before.

I don't really care either way. Although I did find it interesting that she didn't even recognize me at the last gtg, which i found a bit bizarre considering how long I've posted here and been privy to all the details of her private life, let alone the fact that we're FB friends. I even instigated the initial meeting of the two worlds with the great nest migration a few years ago! Ahhh, the good ol' days...
Honestly, the board has lost a lot of its fun, partially because of some of these types of blah blah blah downers. Lately the board has me - well - bored ...
I totally feel like I'm the worst debbie downer on the board right now and I'm sorry for that. It's just a good place for me to vent my worries/concerns/frustrations right now.
