    I texted my sister and told her I'd just go by myself to the airport if she doesn't want to.  So far no answer.  I love my sister but she can be very self-absorbed.  I mean, I could have asked my boss for a gift just for me, but I tried to ask for something we could both enjoy and she doesn't even acknowledge it.  Instead she just calls to tell me how put out she is now.

     

    Did she have a "special" reason why she wanted a ride from that guy friend maybe?

    No, he's just some friend she asked to take us.  I really thought she'd be excited but I guess not.

    Vacation deals are exciting! 

    A word of advice (without being a Debbie Downer), we spent our first anniversary in Vegas at the Paris.  Just make sure you get to the hotel for check-in at a good hour.  We got there about 6 pm and had requested a non-smoking room.  We got the only one that they had left and there were reasons it was the last one left.

    Since we don't spend a lot of time in our room when in Vegas, we didn't fuss about it and just rolled with it. 

    Just wanted to give a heads up though.
