Borrowed: My aunt's 2ct diamond earrings
Blue: Garter
Old: my handkerchief. It was given to me at my baptism for my wedding. It's gorgeous, handmade lace trim. Love it. I will be passing it on if I have a daughter. If I don't I may give it to my sister.

I didn't really plan on even attempting to follow this tradition... So I'm missing a few things...

Blue - I think at the last minute we realized that I didn't have anything blue and my MOH said 'eh your eyes look sort of blue today' and we went with that. Obviously I didn't take the whole thing very seriously.
Old and borrowed: my Grandmother's tennis bracelet.

Blue: I had a blue flower in my hair.

Old & borrowed: a pearl bracelet and handkercheif from my grandma. My grandma, mom & sister all carried the handkercheif around our bouquets.
Borrowed: shoes from my sister
Blue: A UofM garter.
New: my wedding attire
Old: grandmother's wedding ring- wore that on my right hand
Borrowed: rosary that I had wrapped into my bouquet

new: my jewelry & a charm with pictures of my dad that my MOH made so I could have him with me when I walked down the aisle.

Old and blue: A lindsay star sapphire ring that my dad gave my mom when they were dating as teens. I also had blue on my garter.
New: Dress, veil, shoes, jewelry, etc...
Borrowed: A silver horseshoe. It was too heavy to tuck in my dress or bra so we tied it to the bouquet.

Old - My Great Grandmother's pin was attached to my bouquet.

Borrowed - Veil, oddly enough from my hair stylist.
Blue - I held a handkerchief around my bouquet w/ blue stitching. Also did the blue rhinestones on the sole of my shoes.
Something old and borrowed: a diamond tennis bracelet lent to me by my sister which our mom had handed down to her before she passed away.
Something new: dress, shoes, veil, etc.
Something blue: a garter made out of my late father's blue work shirt when he worked at Ford Motor Co.
Old: A ring my grandma left me that had a white/black pearl and small diamonds on it. She died when I was only 8 but my dad waited to give it to me for my wedding. I love that ring and wear to special occ now too.
New: Dress, etc
Borrowed: I borrrowed some tissue from my MOH as I was about to walk down the aisle. Does that count? haha

Old: Cinderella glass slipper charm my grandfather gave to my grandmother on their first date. Given to me by my grandmother when I was younger to remember that I would one day find my prince.
New: Dress and whatnot.
Borrowed: Handkerchief my mom carried on her wedding day was wrapped around my bouquet
Blue: shoes
Ummm....I don't really remember! ha ha! That's so sad.
I had an aquamarine ring for something blue.
New...shoes, I guess.
Borrowed...I don't remember borrowing anything. Even though I wasn't wearing it, our huppah was my MIL's tablecloth that she cross-stitched for her parents' anniversary. She took it back when they passed away, and uses it for family/holiday dinners.
My guess is that I didn't really follow this tradition. I remember my cousin gave me a penny of some sort for my shoe. It actually had a blessing on the card it came with.
I have a horrible memory!
Old: I kept my lipgloss/face poweder in an old white clutch purse of mine
New: dress, veil, and just about everythiing else

Old & Blue: My mom took the lace of her wedding dress and made me a garter out of it and dyed the center ribbon (also from her dress) blue. I had no idea she was doing it and she gave it to me on her 35th anniversary. Or 30th. I don't remember.

Borrowed: My cousin gave me the earrings she wore for her wedding a year earlier

Old/Borrowed/Blue - 1973 Cadillac. It's my Dad's and it also transported my parents for their wedding day in 1977.
I also had my grandma's handkerchief and a penny in (on) my shoe.
