Re: Say Anything!
Yumm homemade applesauce!!
Sarah - Hah, your right. First it was Greek Yogurt, then Skittles, now Applesauce. Oops.

I had applesauce last night for the first time in years at Quiznos. I wasn't feeling their chip selection and picked up the applesauce on a whim. We went to the grocery store later and I got some granny smith no sugar added applesauce which is awesome. Applesauce FTW.
I put this on FB, but speaking of food...
I made chocolate peanut butter cake balls... they're the best ones I've ever tried!
Bio
Mmm, Skittles sound good.
Kathy, I'll be thinking about you and your little prune baby!
I just got a call about a phone interview for a job in Boston (the day after my crazy long interview in NJ). Maybe I'll get my career started before I turn 30 after all!
Ooh, yes, those are good! I made some for my SIL's baby shower. I happened to have a bunch of peanut butter buttercream leftover from some cupcakes and a box of chocolate cake mix. They were fantastic!

Man, busy day!
I'm thinking about a new car too... I want a smallish SUV. I love how the Ford Escapes look, but had heard bad things about the older ones. I drove a Rav4 and it was a little cramped on the passenger's side front seat. That's about the size I'd like though... but I haven't driven anything.
Kathy - T&Ps for a good report!
Tiffany - I was gonna say clue me in, but I see everything is worked out. And ditto on the PPs about snack foods!
I'm stuffing my face with some Tuscani pasta from the pizza hut stand in Target, by my job... it is SO freakin good. There will be rum cake this afternoon - I love office birthdays. My waistband on my pants is going to hate me.
So, I sort of decided last night that going skiing next winter would be a fun vacation... my previous jobs have always been too busy to go during the right time, and my new job looks like it'll be condusive to a ski vacation. I've never been before, so, tips?? I haven't done any research yet - I'm just at the idea stage.
OMG that sounds delicious! I want some now! Thanks for that. I'd like to know if they are hard to make? How long did it take you?
Angie - Skiing is so much fun! I've only been to Crested Butte in CO, Angelfire and to Ruidoso in NM! I loved them all, pretty even on the amount of each type of ski slope... green, blue, blacks, etc. If you don't have any ski clothes, I'd buy on sale or borrow. They can get really expensive. Take lessons, I promise you won't regret it. Hmmm... what else?
Anna, this totally made me LOL.
I'm still too busy to play with you guys. I came home to things falling apart: AC is broken, one of Ben's cats is probably dying, my dad had surgery today and wants me to care for him--sorry, but I'm really struggling with that one. Things aren't good.
I put some of my pics of my trip on FB and will add more. In case you aren't friends with me (or even if you are), I made a little website too--it's not finished though yet either.

Just do it!
I've test driven the Dodge Journey and LOVED it. I believe that will be my next car.
Bio
Oooh we upgraded to a Ford Escape to drive in Sedona and we loved it.

Wow Stephie, I'm sorry to hear about all the craziness. I hope everything will work out soon. T&Ps too. And... your pictures are absolutely beautiful!! I would love to got there one day!
T's and P's to Kathy and Stephie.
Anna - HOORAY!!
Tiffany - I just had lunch and I'm already hungry again.
Brianna - Twisted Root, again.
You had it today?? I tried RA yesterday... it was good, but too expensive for lunch. I had Salata today.
Bio
Yep. It was good. I like RA, but you should see their dinner prices. Yikes.
Yesterday we went to Rosa's. Taco Tuesday. Yum.
ETA: Oh and Leslie re: the link - There is no way I'm having a kid now!
But their happy hour looks amazing!
Bio
What is RA? Because all I think about is rheumatoid arthritis and now I'm stumped LOL
RA is a sushi restaurant in Plano.
Anna - I don't. Usually my co-workers and I go out to eat for lunch every Wednesday. This week Tuesday was just a fluke. I usually bring my lunch the rest of the days.
Holy cow things got busy!
Work is super busy I have scheduled 16 interviews for the next 2 days and I hope I find 3 or 4 candidates to hire out of it!
I got my album proof from Chelsea today and I LOVE it now we just need to decide on what pic to use for the canvas and then we are all done, and while I am happy it also makes me kind of sad.
Oh I went to lunch and now I don't know where to start!
Re: Small SUV's: Dodge Journey is super nice but quite a bit longer than an Escape. Escape = fun to drive, bad road noise. Can barely hear when I talk on the phone. I like the Jeep Liberty, the Ford Edge, and the Chevy Equinox, they're fun to drive. Also there is a new Toyota ... I can't remember the name but it looks interesting. I drove a Nissan Cube once too... talk about getting some funny looks when driving down the road.
Re: PB cake balls and Applesauce - Both for the win!
Brianna and Lacey - I'm jealous of your lunch choices!
ETA: Oh I almost forgot, skiing! Angie - We got our ski gear from burlington coat factory for super cheap ($60 for coats, $29 for pants) and you will want to get good gloves and long underwear too. Def. take lessons, at least one. We went to Breckenridge and stayed in a condo right at the base of one of the peaks. I highly recommend this because the hardest part of skiing is hauling your skis and and everything down to the lift. Buy lift tickets in advance and you will get a pretty good discount. Hmm..that's all I can think of right now...but if you have any questions feel free to ask!
Tiffany - good advice on the ski stuff!!
Bobbileigh - I bet it is so hard to pick a picture for your canvas. You had so many beautiful ones! What size are you getting?
BL - you could always do a day after session. Tons of fun!
T&P's to Stephie and Kathy!
Gosh, I go away to lunch and I come back to see a lot of stuff!! Very nice.
I need a nap.
Thanks again for all the T&Ps..
You ladies are making me hungry too. RA sounds so good right now, too bad I have to wait 7 months or so to have some.
