You just reminded me about yogurt. I tried the Meijer brand knock-off of Dannon fruit-on-the-bottom and it was horrible.
Certain cleaning products (I forget because dh does the bathroom, but there for sure is something he won't go generic with)
I am blanking on this right now I will try almost any generic once but there def are some that do not make the grade.
This reminded me - I will only buy the Garden Fresh salsa - anything not fresh or from a jar grosses me out now. Garden Fresh has ruined me for any other salsa.
I'm pretty picky about salsa too (and chips)... but not quite as much as the queso...

I don't buy name brand of much of anything. since i shop at TJs and they don't have many "name brands" to begin with. I'll go with toilet paper.
We dont buy anything store brand because my DH refuses to. He is convinced everything is of lesser quality, especially Meijer brand products. I have no idea why. I think he must have had a bad experience.

haha - tell him Heinz makes the Meijer brand ketchup - they just put Meijers label on it. Kraft also makes Krogers Mac 'n Cheese. I know there are a ton more too.
