A10 Siggy Challenge: Our Next Vacation Destination: Paris!
I am PETRIFIED of the dentist. The dentist, the office, all of it gives me an anxiety attack. I don't really know the root of it, but I guess most likely it was when I was little I went to the dentist when I was sick and threw up on him (gross I know). He was also the father of a kid in my class so I am sure I was embarrassed and it developed from there.
Now I go in for a simple cleaning and I get all shaky and jittery and anxious. I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth out last fall and I was a messss.
I'll play....favorite color? and any recent movie you have seen?
Please feel free to answer in individual posts.
Individual posts it is!
My favorite color is green (I didn't even like it that much until I made it the color for my wedding, now its my fave)
I saw Bridesmaids this weekend and just about peed my pants. I will never look at a yellow lab the same way (i.e. I will imagine it with a pink beret on its head)
I also saw Love and Other Drugs. That was a great movie. Especially funny because I work in the world of pharmaceutical sales and I know several people who fit the bill of those characters perfectly (from the crazy reps to the INSANE doctors)
If I am eating icecream its chocolate chip cookie dough.
In a shake, its cookies and cream.
Yum.
Its a tie between Chicken Parm and Macaroni and Cheese.
Me!!!
I saw Bridesmaids also this past weekend, and if I don't say so myself - if you haven't seen it yet, please do! You won't be sorry :-)
Which leads to my question...Was there any Bridesmaids drama in your wedding? Did your girls all know each other beforehand? What is your favorite Bridesmaids story? Sorry...that was three questions...lol
I would go back to Australia. I spent a month there in college and saw Melbourne and Sydney. I would love to travel and see the whole country (with maybe a stop in Fiji or New Zealand)
There was no bridesmaids "drama" except that DH's sister and I are not exactly the best of friends. We don't dislike eachother she just annoys the crap out of me. There were several moments where I wanted to yell, but I just went to ignoring her for the sake of the family.
They didnt all know eachother. I had:
- MOH - My Cousin
- Bridesmaids - My Best Friend from college, a close family friend who is like my little sister, and DH's two sisters (the older of the two was the S**t stirrer)
As for a story, I am not really sure. generally we just had a great time and a lot of laughs.
Probably wedding planner to the stars.
Yay! I'll play

What is your favorite fruit.....I had good watermelon this weekend and I'm looking forward to summer fruit season.
Also what is the one beauty item you can't live without?
Also....something a little personal....age of your first kiss!
Feel free to answer separate!
For my 5th year anniversary I would say...somewhere exotic. Somewhere off the beaten path.
50th Anniversary I will probably just want to hit a beach somewhere in the carribean (Hopefully we are retired and living down there somewhere already!)
This is tough, but I think my favorite band has to be Coheed and Cambria.
Glee!
I have two obesessions this week.
1. My new tattoo/keep it lotioned with lubriderm. I got it while I was in vegas last week and I loooove it. Heres a pic:
2. This week I am also obsessed with which shows are getting picked up and cancelled for next year. It is an exciting/heartbreaking time of year (RIP Mr. Sunshine)
Yay summer fruit! Watermelon is definitely my favorite, although I am so not a fruit/vegetable person.
I can't currently live without my Kirk Lip Gloss. I used it for the first time on my wedding and I have gone through quite a few tubes since then!
Well I had my first little kid kiss when I was in like 2nd grade. That doesn't really count though.
My first kisss kiss was when I was in 7th grade. His name was Mike and we were on one of those things in the playground that spin around wicked fast and make you sick? We were not spinning...that would have made the kiss more awkward than it was!
By the way, you guys are great at this.
Next time the board has a slow day someone should offer themselves to the wolves (not just for upping post count)!
What is the meaning of your new tattoo?
Shmel's Blog
Its a Celtic knot to represent my Irish Heritage, and the claddagh represents friendship, love and loyalty. If it was a phrase it would be Let Love and Friendhsip Reign Forever.
I have had a claddagh ring my whole life and when you are in love you turn it so the bottom of the heart faces your heart. It shows you are taken.
Oh God. I TOTALLY want to click on your Glee post but I haven't seen this weeks episode yet! KILLING ME
