Good morning.
My H takes my car for work every once in a long while. One time he used it, returned it with no gas, and I ended up running out on the way to work. Ugh! I was so mad, I warned him not to ever do that to me again.
So he borrowed it Monday and Tuesday, and I specifically told him to make sure it had gas in it when I got it back.
Getting ready to walk out the door this morning, he said "Crap. Do I tell you now and piss you off or just let you find out on your own?"
The jerkface had my car down to below E and gaslight on.
Sooooo annoying.
Re: Random Wednesday
DH does that to my sometimes to but we share a car right now. Normally it would be a problem but the door for the gas cap sticks and there is a trick to get it to open that you have to push on the door outside while pushed the release lever from the inside. I'm to short to do that. With all the other things he has fixed on this blasted machine he hasn't fixed that.
This spring cold / allergy things is killing me. Last night at work after I got off a phone with a donor I would have a small coughing fit.
Um...here is my random
My H drove my car yesterday and put gas in it for me. I was surprised, and happy.
Sorry your H is so inconsiderate.
Me too! Grrr. He started to get pissed at me for yelling at him. Really? What do you expect I do? Jump for joy that I have to stop to get gas when I'm running late when I specifically told you to make sure there was gas in my car when you returned it? So stupid.
I guess the only solution is to never let him use my car again.
A lot of men are stupid when it comes to putting gas in our cars. ERRRRRRR.
Today had started off to a decent day, but now it's headed the other direction.
Last night, I hung out with a good friend, had a good time
Since all of my posts have been complaints, I will post something positive.
My uncles are coming here for a visit this week from Texas, and I get to see them on Saturday. I am so ridiculously excited. I love them both so much and hardly get to see them.
Good Morning!
DM - That stinks about the gas and the doc. Hopefully you have some answers soon! I would hate waiting.
GVSU - I hope your girls cheer up so you have an easier/better day!
I had a great night last night. It was our anniversary and Andy surprised me by cooking dinner. And he got me a gift - we usually don't exchange presents - a cute DSLR camera bag. Then we went to HopCat for a beer to celebrate, and ended up sitting next to the man who owns Siciliano's and he bought us a round of beer! He and his wife were super nice and fun to chat with.
Sounds like a SUPER Anniversary for you both. Fun.
I'm birthday shopping for myself right now. Is that wrong?
I just called again. I don't understand why they need to see the ER report when I can tell them everything that has happened.
Still don't have the report. I told her to just schedule me an appointment to get the ball rolling because I'm still in pain and don't want to wait around forever. Friday is the soonest they can get me in.
whatcha looking for?
Sounds like you had an awesome anniversary. Yay for meeting interesting people and free beer!!
Des - I think that you should hold his keys hostage until you confirm gas is in your tank.
We went for a bike ride on Kent trails last night. It was really nice to be on a trail instead of city streets - we could actually ride side by side. Except a large rodent/beast was on the trail and we apparently scared him. The beast reacted by darting at my bike. I screamed as if I was in a horror movie. Thankfully no other riders were around and i didn't hit the poor animal.
Also - Henry has roseola. Boo. His fever broke and he has a little rash. But overall he is not doing so bad.
I know this wouldn't be ideal - but could you go to an Urgent Care Center? Seeing as how you are in pain and waiting 2 more days seems like a lot.
I don't know, that's the hard part. I can never really find something I want when I have money to get something.
Is Urgent Care different from the ER?
It's funny - my sister's back went out this morning, and got an appointment for today at 2:30. She had the option of that or 4:15. So apparently my problem just isn't that big of a deal. I will just wait till Friday and hope I don't have any more attacks.
Ugh. I would be PISSED if my dr's office snubbed me like that. I would find a new Dr.
Oh my goodness! The rodent would have scared the crap out of me!
Poor Henry
I hope he feels better soon!
I feel the same way! Haha...good luck!
Awww that sounds lovely
Happy Anniversary!
To make matter's worse, I have 30 things on my amazon wish list too and yet I keep searching.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!
I have been considering it for years. I guess I should actually do something about it.
Yes. I had an issue come up a couple of weekends ago. Not serious enough for the ER, but something I wanted checked out right away. Cause I'm impatient like that.
Anyway - I found one through my insurance company website. (It was a Spectrum Health one.) The copay was higher than a regular doctor's appointment, but I received treatment and a prescription right away. This was on a Saturday and no one else was there. I imagine if you went now, you would have a longer wait. You also wouldn't have the benefit of your regular doctor taking care of you, but sounds like you might not stick with your doc for long.
I just called to see if my H's doctor is accepting new patients. She is, yay. It can take up to 30 days to make my first appointment, depending on when my doctor's office sends over my files, boo.
So now what? Do I wait until after the gallbladder issue is resolved to switch? Can I ask my doctor to send over my records and still see him for this issue and then move on? I probably can't wait for up to 30 days to see the new doctor for this issue. Yuck, I am so frustrated.
Yup, that's my only choice. I'll switch after.
Nap time here as well. Enjoy
Awww are they still crabby? I bet they'll wake up in wonderful moods.
