As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. One of my friends goes every week and she loves it. She said it's a mixture of boxing, abs and cardio that they use to train boxers.
It's $20 a class. 6pm Tues/Thurs or 9:30am Sat.
