Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hate fax machines. I think they are antiquated technology. I'll just email you the information in a clear and crisp fashion.

Seriously. I just had this discussion. I was trying to sort out a billing error and the company would only take the claim via a faxed form. Yet, 5 minutes later they called me to confirm the numbers because "sometimes the faxes don't come through clearly."
Thank you! I thought that's what scanners were invented for? Scan the document and email it, that way it will come through much clearer and you'll be able to save the document to boot!
The fact that I don't own a fax machine and therefore have to pay $1 for every page I need to send to someone also makes me hate them even more. Grrrr.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
