When is your anniversary? 8/11/07
Why did you choose your wedding date? We became an official couple on 8/11/97, so it was our 10 year dating anniversary.
Jan. 24th
We picked a winter wedding to be different and it was such a beautiful day. Cold, but beautiful. Everyone that RSVP'd, came, which our wedding coordinator at Cherry Creek said that was the first in a long time. Probably because nobody has anything exciting to do in January. It's fun to go on trips for our anniversary now too since it's the middle of the winter.
May 30th. DH wanted his Cousin, who is more like a Brother to him, to stand up and be there. His Cousin is in the Army, so we had to plan the Wedding around when he could take a long weekend and come home.

We wanted a fall wedding, Oct just didn't work out for us so Nov it was. Fun fact: my parent's wedding was 10/11 and ours is 11/10

I originally wanted Oct. 7th, but it was already booked at the church. Nothing special about the 7th, just kind of wanted it earlier in the month. The 21st was fine...it was a beautiful 70-degree day

We wanted a spring wedding and June seemed like a good month. The place we wanted to get married at had two dates left so we picked the 6th.
May 19th
I always wanted a May wedding. The date we chose just happened to be the only available date at the hall. May 19th is actually my grandparents' anniversary too, but I didn't realize that at the time we picked our date.

I wanted to get married in the summer. I remember looking at all the Saturday dates in the summer and thought 7/7 was really neat.

We decided to find a hall we loved and go with what ever date they had available and of the one's left we choose that one. Also it's easy for DH to remember 12/11/10

It was the friday after thanksgiving. My parents were living in Los Angeles at the time, my brother was in the marines, and my sister was in school... it was a good 4 day weekend and it worked perfectly.
June 20th
I wanted a summer wedding (easier for some family/friends to travel) and we had a fairly long engagement (~20months) so I didn't want to wait until the end of summer.
January 21..
We pick it for 2 reason, we both did not want to be sweating.. and January weddings are cheaper! It turned out to be a perfect day, a little snow on the ground and sunny skies all day!

I wanted to get married in the spring or fall when it wasn't too hot or too cold and wasn't at the height of "wedding season". I just kind of picked at random date in May and it happened that the church/hall and all the vendors we wanted were available on that date.

Because of the way things worked out we already knew we were going to have to have a 'second' wedding to appease my mother. Waiting a year to get married wasn't an option for a few reasons. It was important to my old school family that we be married before living together, DH got a better deal on his student loan for grad school because we were married, medical insurance, etc. It was a Wednesday.The way leap year fell that same date was a Saturday the next year. I didn't want to have to remember two dates, so it worked out. It was also handy because it was a few days after college graduation, so all of our families were in CA.
ETA: our dating anniversary was 10/21, we got engaged on 1/21....so the 21st was perfect. Less dates for DH to remember.

We wanted a May wedding (after tax season) and that was the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, so we got Sunday prices at our location and everyone got to party like it was a Saturday.

Nov/Dec 2011, started seeing RE. HSG-all clear! SA is good! DX = unexplained IF.
Cycle#25-50mg clomid, IUI#1 = BFP 12/24/11 ~ m/c 1/5/12 ~ 2/21/12 beta level finally 0.
Cycle#28- 100mg clomid + Ovidrel + IUI#2 = BFN
Cycle#29- Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI#3 = BFP 5/8/12 ~ betas dropped 5/17/12 ~ Cytotec(fail) D&C (fail) & then a methotrexate shot to get things going ~ 6/28/12 Beta FINALLY 0.
RPL tests reveal MTHFR mutation(1copy)-adding Folgard & BA and moving forward.
Cycle#32-Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI#4 = BFP!
Beta#1 8/21/12: 11, Beta#2 8/23: 71, Beta#3 8/25:174
9/4-seen sac/yolk, 9/7-9/12 hospitalized for a ruptured cyst causing massive internal bleeding.
9/11-seen HB!! 9/18- no HB, 9/21/12-D&C. Fetal tissue testing revealed a healthy boy. Now getting more tests to try to figure out this mystery
August 14th.
We wanted an outdoor summer ceremony and August has the least amount of holidays and birthdays in our family so we picked a weekend that would work best for everyone.

We wanted a different venue and we wanted it at Comerica, we had to wait until baseball season was over to do it at this venue...and it almost wasn't over, which is a totally different story!!

Why did you choose your wedding date? We wanted spring for a few reasons so we picked the first day we could get married in the springtime after I was done with winter semester. It was great having finals the week before the wedding....

Our anniversary is May 30th so I wanted to get as close to that as possible but we had to get married on a Sunday!
Sept 16th
I really wanted a summer wedding, but since DH didn't propose until 12/16 we couldn't find a church/venue to accomodate. We finally found the perfect venue and the church was available that way (we walked into the hall and they JUST had a cancellation for that date). Looking back, September was prefect! It wasn't too warm or too cold.
