So I just noticed in your siggy that you have a Unicornuate Uterus. I also have a birth defect of my uterus...a Bicornuate Uterus. I did not know there was a "uni" variety. Just makes our babies extra special miracles. 
I did not find out about my defect until I got pregnant with Noah and thank GOD he was able to make it to 38 weeks until being born. He shocked my doctor who was expecting me to have a premie! He has been stubborn ever since!LOL
