If you're feeling random on this Friday...
Re: If you're feeling random on this Friday...
Why is it the more I have to do, and the less time I have in which to do it, the more I want to sit here like a bump on a log reading the same 10 Facebook/Nest posts over and over b/c nobody else is as lazy as I am and is out doing what they have to do?
I should be cleaning, packing, shopping, and doing laundry for a 2-week trip.

Because those things aren't any fun!
Where are you going?
Fun! Both of those items are on my to do list for tomorrow.
... and that is also on my list of things to do tomorrow. I need to make black beans, kidney beans, and garbanzo beans to restock the supply in my freezer.
I desperately want to go somewhere on Sunday. I'll have the day to myself and I wanna do a day trip somewhere.
I originally wanted to do Lake Michigan, but DH pointed out that the lake will still be cold. Any ideas?
I really need to go grocery shopping. We have no food in the house.
you were supposed to come see me lol
then you can go to lm or go to the hot tubs lol
Well the shopping part is ok; I get to pick "prizes" and surprises for DS to have on the plane, after a long drive, etc. and that's always fun. We're heading to Philly--one week for vacation, one week for work.

I do the same reading thing. Over and over.
Doing all that for a 2 week trip is overwhelming! A weekend is one thing when you can just throw whatever in a bag, but 2 weeks requires actual planning. Though if you are like me, you work well under "pressure" so relax just a little longer.
You could always go downtown and take in some of the festival acts and food. Or you can still go to Lake Michigan, but not go in the water - just walk and shop.
Aaaaaaugh! And now so does everyone else!
Hi pals. Kate, I am the same way. I have a lot of chapters to read today, and here I am. I used to be able to pack for a 2 month project in 10 minutes. Now that I pack for 3, I get paralyzed and freak out. So weird. Have a great trip!
Wendy, plant that garden! If you're looking for cucumber plants, I buy mine from Len the farmer (the older man with all the herbs) and I've never had better success.
Sorry.
...His name is my name too....
The unfortunate part is that it has got to be one of the stupidist songs around. Really? That is your name too? What are the odds....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! LOL (BTW that comment is toward the person singing, not you! LOL)
OMG, I love spending time there. I've seriously had tears running down my face from laughing.
I have enjoyed scrolling through Literally Unbelievable a collection of Onion articles posted on FB as real. The posters commentaries paired with the articles are highly entertaining.
Did you happen to see the the Downtown YMCA will be having a Farmer's Market every Thursday through the ends of September. I'm only know a bout 2 vendors but I'm thinking of scoping if out next week.
Yes but then I would feel guilty about going since we have a family membership and don't ever go. ;-)
So hope everything works out for you guys! If he is excited about going to Coopersville, I'd be really tempted to do whatever I could to get him there!
