Ring Survey

Re: Ring Survey

I can't believe how many people take theirs off.  I never take mine off, except like I said (and oh yeah, when I put lotion on).  I even wear mine to the gym.

I just don't like wearing jewelery around the house, I don't see the point. It's kind of like wearing shoes at home, IMO.

I can go a lot longer without having to re-plate them because they're not under so much wear and tear, and they don't get as scratched up.

And since mine have so many tiny diamonds around the band, the less I do with them on, the less chance I have of knocking diamonds loose.

LOL I wear shoes most of the time at home too!

Bahaha! Really? I like getting as comfy as possible when I get home. Comfy pants, baggy tshirt, no shoes.

I do that when I first get home!

I take mine off when I wash my hands, put on lotion, etc.  I try to keep mine as clean as possible.  I don't like the feeling of water being in between my rings and my finger.

  • Its hard to take a good picture of your rings. And I can't find mine on the internet because we got them at Intergem at the Dallas World Trade Center. That place is really awesome. Its wholesale I think, so we got the rings at a good price, and the apprasal was about double what we paid for them!

  • Thanks!  That was one of my favorite detail shots from the reception.

Do you wear your wedding rings every time you leave the house? Yes, except for when I work out.

Do you take them off when you get home, or only to do certain things like showering/cooking/sleeping? Yep.

Do you have an E-ring and a band, or just one? Both.

If you have both, do you have them soldered together or separate? Separate.

Do you plan on adding another band for an upcoming anniversary in the future, or do you plan to keep your set the way it is? I like it just the way it is. :)

Does your DH wear his wedding ring all the time? He doesn't always wear it to work (he works in a hospital).

Not one that fit snug under it and not have a gap.  I'm sure I could get one made to accommodate it but when we were in the store they didn't have anything.  Their website wont let me copy the pic of it from the side but here is a link to it.

Do you plan on adding another band for an upcoming anniversary in the future, or do you plan to keep your set the way it is?  I don't know... I think another matching band would be too blingy.  Yes, I just said that.

Does your DH wear his wedding ring all the time?  Yes, unless he is working in the yard or something to that effect.

  • I don't have a picture I can access right now to show.  I looked on the Tacori Website, but I didn't see it there anymore.

Oh ok, I can see how that would be a problem.

Sorry if it's all distorted.  This is my first attempt at PIPing.

That's the only one I have here.   I'm not taking a pic of my un-manicured hands. :)

Amanda, your band is a unique shape. It's pretty. Do you wear it alone ever?

I know you are on the FW side of town, like me.  Where did DH buy your ring?

YAY Lacey!  I can't see most of yall's pics.  I can only see Laurens (which is so cute) and Michelle's keyboard pic.  I wish it was like it is on TK to upload pics.
