These stats sounds like more than 2,600sq ft to me, no matter what the layout.
I was thinking the same thing.
My parents' house is 4 bedrooms, bonus room, formal dining and only ("only") 2.5 bath and it's 3100 sq. ft.
I don't think you can get all of that for under 2,600 sq. ft.
How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?
