Breakfast - 2 pieces whole grain wheat toast w/pb and grape jelly; 8 oz milk

Snack - Chobani pomagranate greek yogurt
Lunch - hummus w/one honey wheat pita; handful of baby carrots and cucumber slices; 100 calorie pack cookies
Snack - Apple, granola bar
Dinner - 1 8" quesidally with cheese, chicken, black beans, green bell peppers and salsa; 8oz Skinnygirl Maragarita
Exercise - 3mi run

no breakfast.
lunch- had a chicken ranch snack wrap from Mcd's and a coke.
dinner had chicken salad sandwich
had lots of water during the day.
does working count as exercise?
I have no idea what I ate yesterday - it was the second day of a work conference so my eating was random and all over the place. Bits of a bagel, granola, pasta salad, sugar cookie, vegetarian stew thing over potatos, salad w italian (gotta love buffet lunches)... 3 mile run, and a bunch of water.

Breakfast: 2 donut holes & Diet Coke
Lunch: 1/2 Peanut Butter Sandwich, some cheese curls, a banana, Crystal Light
Dinner: Eggplant w/Garlic Sauce & steamed rice
Exercise: 30 minutes ellipitcal, 15 minutes walking laps around the building my class is being held in at lunchtime
Breakfast: bowl of honey nut cherios with 1% milk
Snack: Stacey's naked pita chips
Lunch: Popcorn, lays chips, and small bag of already sliced apples
Snack: granola bar with peanuts, and a plum that was gross
Dinner: Mac n cheese and then later at night a chicken sandwich from mcD's
Had water and iced tea all day
Excercise: 3.7 mile walk in 95 degree weather!
