    Thanks Ladies.

Jaymi - No I am not resigning... it is more a matter of fact I need to know where this is leading or I'm out.   In not so many words, of course.

    Eek!  good luck.

  • I found the shoe pad at either target or payless, don't remember which. They are very comfortable. They're that gel like squishy stuff that some mouse pad hand rests have. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Why doesn't Charlotte Russe carry half sizes in their shoes?  I find it so disappointing :-(  And I just got an e-mail with all their cute shoes in it, and I can't wear any of them because I am most definitely a half size :-(

I am too and have success with buying the larger size and then buying a special shoe pad that sticks to the heel of the shoe to take up space. The pad is soft and helps pad the heel. You could try that.

Where do you buy the shoe pad thing?  Are they pretty comfortable to wear?

I have to do the same with a lot of shoes I buy at Dillards and Nordstrom because a lot of designers don't make smaller than a 6. Tear. :(. You can buy the inserts at Dillards, or even CVS. I use Dr. Scholls for her high heel inserts.

Like the Dr. Scholl's stuff?  I think you can find those in the "pharmacy" section of most grocery/target type stores.  I bet CVS/Walgreens/or Target would have a better selection than a grocery store though.

Do they make the green bean fries?  I love those!

I'm not sure!  I've only found them at Target, and they only had about 3 different kinds.  They're all meat/pasta/sauce meals.  Maybe they'll come out with more though!  Oh, and they have lots of frozen appetizers too - I've never looked in that section for the fried green beans, but they might be there (instead of with the full meals).  The little cafe in my office building makes those sometimes though, and they're so delicious.  It still counts as a veggie serving, right?

I will have to look for those!  DH and I met actually when we both worked at TGI Friday's!  :-p  And I totally think those count as a vegetable :-p

Renee- Yea I think I know what you are talking about.  I will go look for those! Thanks!

Exactly. Instead of being a whole shoe pad it's smaller and fits in the heel of the shoe. Almost trapezoid in shape.

See I've never had a good experience with those. They move around on me. I prefer the full pad. The ones I'm referring to actually also keep your foot from slipping down like they tend to do if it's a high stiletto.

  • Summer,

The ones I found had sticky stuff on the back and that helped. Did the ones you tried have sticky on the back to keep them in place?

Yeah.... I think so. But after a while they became unsticky. Hahah

  • Well, shoot. You guys are making me look bad for recommending these! :D

However, I can see how they could move around after some use.

  • Maybe I bought defective ones. :)

  • It's 2:00 in the afternoon and I can barely keep my eyes open at my desk.  This does not bode well for me.

Also I'm very emotional today and I have a headache.  Must be PMS.

I just took Aleve.  This has to be because we hung out this weekend.  Renee... Lauren... similar symptoms?  Haha

So I know I'm not Natalie, but YAY for Yellow Box flip flops!  You will be in flip flop heaven with the rest of us!! Angel

  • Holy Wow, I think some of you could fit both of your feet into one of my shoes.  Comfortably.

That's what I was just thinking.  At least they can put something in the shoe to make it fit.  What are we supposed to do?  Cut out the toe part and add a piece of cardboard?

Haha!!  I don't have small feet, either.  I would have to cut off some toes to fit in a size 6.

Not so much emotional today, but I do have a headache hehe.  Of course that's because I was just informed that we're having dinner with the in laws tomorrow :/

Glad I'm not the only one that was thinking this when I was reading about the smaller than a 6 shoe size. I wear a 10 or 11 depending on the shoe.  Shoes aren't as cute when they get that big!

I would.  However, my foot is a little on the wide side and they were tight.  So, no, I'm not in flip flop heaven.
