I'm 34 years old jess and have been trying for eight months. I will officially be advanced maternal age at this point. And yes, I obviously will keep practicing.
1. I have never done a ten things tuesday!
2. I am afraid that I won't find enough things to say!
3. My BFF from NC & her family is staying with us for a night this week!
4. I am so excited to meet their 2 month old.
5. I am hoping that will get DH to start thinking about having another baby!
6. How is it already the end of June? That is making me sad, where is the hot summer weather?
7. They changed DHs schedule again, it's frustrating, but they keep laying off people and he's lucky to still be working, so I'm trying hard not to complain.
8. My brother's wedding shower is this weekend!
9. I hope to start posting more again, sometimes work just gets in the way!
10. Yay, I did it, I posted Ten things...lol.
I didn't take my first "bump" pic until 20 weeks. I just looked fat....and some days I still think I just look fat. Then I realized I was halfway through and now I am trying to take them every week. Although I plan specific outfits to wear on Wednesdays that make me look pregnant and not just frumpy...it's sad.
Oh, and also....no bare belly pics for me. I'm not sure I'll ever be that brave.
i understand your frustration. i was just letting you know you feeling like the only one isn't true and there are other people on here in the same boat (or worse), and obviously miracles can happen as we have seen with firewife. :-)
I know, you are right about that. I apologize if I offended any of the long time TTC'ers.
1. My office is really loud today and i'm having a hard time concentrating.
2. I wasn't planning on posting 10 things today but i replied to another person's 10 things so i feel i need to.
3. My nickname for my niece is mean baby. She's just so bossy. haha
4. I don't think i drank enough water before exercising yesterday because after class i got a real bad headache.
5. If my husband and i are standing outside and there are mosquitoes out i will get bitten from head to toe and he will maybe have one bite. It's annoying.
6. While i wish it was nicer out, i'm glad it hasn't been yet this year because i am not interested in getting in a bathing suit.
7. I want to have another wedding. That was an awesome time.
8. I wish there were more hours in the day and that i was more productive in them.
9. When i am done with my 10 things i need to make a hair appointment.
10. I love lamp.
1. I went bathing suit shopping yesterday. It did not go well. I came home without a bathing suit.
2. DS got the chicken pox vaccine last week and now has spots all over his face. Stupid vaccine. I was on the fence about him getting it, and now am feeling like I made the wrong choice.
3. I really want an oreo, but I'm making myself wait.
4. I have a huge pile of laundry to do so that I can pack for our trip, but no motivation to do it.
5. I am super excited to take DS to the beach next week. DH loves the ocean, so it's going to be fun to watch him play with DS in the waves.
6. DS slept from 10 - 4:30 last night, that is a big deal for him. He is usually up every 2-3 hours.
7. I really wish facebook had a dislike option. I think it would cause some good drama.
8. I am pretty excited to drink a bottle of our good wine tonight for our anniversary.
9. I hate leaving our Dog when we go on vacation. I always cry when I leave her. I know she is going to be well taken care of, but I just feel bad for not being able to take her with us.
10. DH has gotten 3 first Father's Day cards this year from family members...but DS was around last year for Father's Day.
1. We only have one car for the time being. I am going stir crazy. Dh works to far from home for us to share/me to drive him to work.
2. We painted half the house, said we would wait to paint the other half, but the half that isnt painted is really annoying me and I'm not sure how long I can wait.
3. Lucas has a new habit of throwing his food on the floor, I've been making him pick it up after he is done eating, I think he thinks it is a game now. UGH.
4. My favorite girl name right now is Violet. My favorite color is purple and pretty much everyone knows. I'm trying to decide how much teasing this is going to cause.
5. I cannot eat enough blueberries!
6. I hate our new master bath shower it is smaller than it looks or layed out funny idk. And I'm a small person I cant imagine what a normal size person would feel like in there.
7. Dh leaves his change everywhere and it is driving me nuts.
8. Dh had to have a talk with me about leaving lights on throughout the house. Haha I felt like I was a 10 year old getting in trouble, but he is right.
9. I'm in love with the color we painted in our dining room, and I like it so much I'm going to use it in our master bath too.
10. We have our 4d ultrasound on Sat! I cant wait to see what this baby looks like, Lucas looked just like his ultrasound pics
Mommy's little helper
You can substitue some green beans for kibble into the dogs diet. This will help the weight come off and prevent him from gaining anymore. I did this for both of my dogs and it worked perfectly. I now do this in the winter to maintain their weight.

1. I bought a bunch of food for fathers day thinking we'd have the IL's over for dinner... well DH forgot to check with them because they were out of town.
2. because DH is gone this week... I will be eating corn on the cob every night for dinner. it's a good thing that i love it.
3. i'm secrectly happy that the dinner didn't happen because I just wasn't really in the mood to celebrate the holiday this year
4. on sunday i took naps... often
5. I have 3 more days of work, then I'm off for a week, I cannot wait!
6. We don't have much planned for our week off other then hopefuly picking out tile for the bathroom & maybe going up north for a few days
7. last night for dinner i had bread & dipping oil... and a cob of corn, haha
8. my nails are growing really good lately, that makes me happy
9. in looking at my nails, i reminded myself that i need to take my ring in for my bi-annual check/clean
10. i've been really slacking in the working out dept... i need to get back into that

Cycle#28- 100mg clomid + Ovidrel + IUI#2 = BFN
Cycle#29- Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI#3 = BFP 5/8/12 ~ betas dropped 5/17/12 ~ Cytotec(fail) D&C (fail) & then a methotrexate shot to get things going ~ 6/28/12 Beta FINALLY 0.
RPL tests reveal MTHFR mutation(1copy)-adding Folgard & BA and moving forward.

9/4-seen sac/yolk, 9/7-9/12 hospitalized for a ruptured cyst causing massive internal bleeding.
9/11-seen HB!! 9/18- no HB, 9/21/12-D&C. Fetal tissue testing revealed a healthy boy. Now getting more tests to try to figure out this mystery

4. When I spray my shower down with daily cleaner, I spin around 3 times for the top, middle and bottom. It makes me dizzy and light headed.
5. When I watch a sad movie, I don't like for people to know I'm crying. Especially H. I try to hide it.
6. We have a lot of bugs. I've asked H to spray around the house. The spray has been in the laundry room for weeks now. What gives??
7. I get jealous of the prizes people win on Price is Right.
8. I've let my blog go. I don't think I care anymore, and it makes me sad.

My Happy House

1. Today is my first day back to work since last Thursday afternoon.
2. I feel swamped with a bunch of work.
3. I cant seem to focus and get anything work related done.
4. I feel like I am mourning the loss of a parent without actually "losing" the parent.
5. I wish that I could be a SAHM.
6. DH grandpa is 97 yrs old and has to have surgery to remove one of his toes due to gangrene.
7. I am hoping he makes it through the surgery.
8. Its only Tuesday?
9.I havent eaten a good meal in days.
10. Because of #9, I went out and bought lunch today.
1. A friend of mine had a little girl Sunday & I am ging to visit on Friday...I can't wait to hold a newborn again!
2. I got my birthday present early...a new purse...and shes beautiful
3. SIL's bf asked DH's permission to propose...Im so excited!
4. Its been a month & 1/2 since I found out about DH...it still hurts like it was yesterday

6. DH's cousin had a baby girl 4 days after us & named her Emma...She's Emma2 to us & not as cute as ours.

8. A cousin nobody likes in DH's family asked when I was due & said it has to be within a few hours...B**ch!

*Ugh, I am totally annoyed. I wrote out my 10 things and then there was an internet explorer error. #0 - I hate Internet Explorer.
1. I miss my engagement ring. I had to take it in last night to get finished. Apparently FI (eeeek...FI!
) had to pick it up before they did the finishing touches on resizing it. There was a small seam they had to smooth out.
2. They are also checking the "halo" diamonds. Two looked a little different than the others. I am fairly certain that it is a shadow issue, but I am picky.
3. They said no problem about #2. I love Rogers & Hollands.
4. Planning a second wedding is not necessarily as much fun as the second wedding.
5. #4 is because of pre-existing family pressures on my side. My brother got engaged 3 months ago, and also wants to get married next summer, and we have family that has to come in from Florida.
6. #5 means that the family wants us to "coordinate" the wedding dates.
7. #6 is made more difficult by the fact that my brother and future SIL have made little to no effort to book anything yet, and future SIL is already being a PITA.
8. I have going to give PITA a nice heads up regarding this whole coordination thing, and then I am going to book mine. Screw them.
9. FI is so amazing. He called me yesterday, un-prompted, in the middle of my stressing just to tell me that the shock of the engagement is wearing off and now he can't stop smiling and thinking about how excited he is for our future.
10. Every day I feel lucky that FI and I found each other in this crazy world.
*Recently engaged gushing now over... for the time being. lol

She told my SIL her face is sunken in bc she lost too much weight...then said she used to be a fat ass at my wedding
She also told other SIL she needs to lay off the beer...She had 1 beer at the party
She is "special"....she married in and they usually let her knw she is not really related bc she says dumb crap all the time...Im usually not the one she says it too so it was kind of a shock

2. Looking forward to this evening: our church's 20-something group is offering FREE babysitting to anyone at our church who wants to drop off the kids from 6-9pm, of course I signed up immediately. A bunch of us are going to Chammps to hang out & have adult conversation & enjoy our meals hot for a change!
3. Because of #2 I'm thinking an adult beverage is in order at Chammps
4. I played softball last night for the 1st time in 2 yrs, and a few muscles are feeling it today. Next week is a doubleheader......
5. My 1st at-bat I swung & missed, guess I need to hit the batting cages to work on my timing.
6. Told my DH how much I spent at the Wilton Tent Sale last week & he was cool with it. Around $150 (good thing it's all 50% off or more). And I still had things I didn't buy. There's always next year.
7. Waiting to hear from our insurance about getting our minivan fixed. They keyed "F*uck 50 or so" so deep some of it's down to the metal.
8. Still mad that some people have no respect for people's property. It's not a $5 item, it's a huge investment. And they have no clue that w/o a vehicle the closest vehicle is DH's some 260 miles away.
9. Had Ritzy & Emma over this morning, which went way to fast. So glad the girls had a fun time together & Joshua had more girls giving him attention!
10. Didn't water the flowers today because I thought it was going to rain, so please rain so I don't have to water them!
