NYC GTG Results . . drumroll please!
SO! I got everyone's reply from here, as well as the FB message (except Liz 
who hasn't replied yet) and I have the calendar worked out with some dates!
First of all, THANK YOU all for your prompt info, so we make sure we don't book something else for these super special dates 
I am so excited to be a part of this planning, since I'm not in NYC I won't be much help for that but I love to organize so this was awesome!
Second, just a recap of the response of people interested, we had 16 total, with 3 OOTers trying to get in on the action which was great!
September 18th looks like a MUST meet day, as we have 12 people (13 if Stacy will forfeit a probable football Sunday, no pressure though 
) including one out of towner! I will do a "roll call" post on this date sometime this week to make sure I understood everyone's messages on availability correctly, so you can correct your status for that day if I misread it.
August is a tad more tricky, as one of the more local people who would miss 9/18 has two weekends in August available but we only have 9 people max on those weekends. The options are the 13/14, or the 28th. I think the most fair way is to poll and see if anyone has a preference rather than me picking this one (my goal is to get as many people possible to meet at least one of the two days). So poll away if you are able to make one of those three dates and when the results come back I'll ask for everyone's name who would make it that day.
Hopefull this will enable as many people to meet as possible without hurt feelings or too much disappointment. Sorry so long :-) Oh and October still has possibilities too but I don't think I got info on October from everyone!

I'm in for the 18th and either the 13th or the 14th though I voted for the 13th. I'll be in Disney w/ my little Gus on the 28th....oh yea and DH and his parents...but most importantly little Gus!

I never got an email or anything.
I don't think I'll be able to make it, it's still a hike for me to get up that way from Richmond. I checked some train schedules/fares and it just doesn't look feasible. I really, really want to be able to go and I might be able to work something out, but I didn't want to commit myself and have you girls work around me. Whenever you all settle on a date I'll see what I can do.
I would love to meet you all! This GTG sounds like it's going to be a blast!
Liz, my BIL has taken some sort of bus (actually really nice, with Wi-Fi) between New York and Newport News numerous times. It costs about $25 for a round trip ticket. Once a date is picked, I will probably look into this option. It is still a lot of time, so I am not sure if I will be able to pull it off or not, but that is definitely an option that we can be considered. I am guessing that there are some that stop in Richmond. The one BIL takes stops in NN, NY and I think Baltimore and that is it, so not a lot of time is added for stops.
@Liz- sorry you didnt get the message, I sent it on facebook. We of course would love to have you join us! Maybe you and Courtney can hop a train, meet Stacy and Danielle in Baltimore and me in Philly :-)

Court, is that the Megabus? My BIL has taken it, too. The time I tried to check on it the site wasn't working, so maybe I'll check that out again later.
Lisa, that would be awesome if we could travel together some how! It's not that far for me to get to Baltimore, I was just worried about the haul up to NYC, especially by myself, since I have only flown through it before. Maybe once we pick a date (any of those work for me, by the way) we can set something up!

I just guess I'll have to trade in a Sunday of (possible) NFL excitement for even more fun and excitement with you ladies!!!!
Now you all know how much this trip means to me, because I NEVER travel on football Sundays...my H tells everyone that he is football widower during the season - LOL
I love the ideas of putting on our team gear - that would be awesome!! And the welcoming NY Giants/Jets fans will heckle us everywhere we go - cool :-))
Count me in for the 18th!! That's also the week after my Birthday - woo hoo
August may be a bit trickier, as I can do one or the other, but not both so close together. So if I had to choose, I'd like to go with the date that has the most folks, to maximize the meeting opportunities! But I'll wait and see how August shapes up - but for the record, Lise, I can do all of those August dates! And thanks once again for doing this for us!!

I responded by saying that I would not be able to make it that weekend - DH and I are going to San Francisco that weekend. I understand how hard it is to get everyone's busy schedules aligned, so if this is still the weekend that works best for everyone, then I'm so sorry that I won't be able to be there, but hope that I can meet you girls next time!!
I voted for the 13th or 14th of August, only because I'd be able to make those days.
I'm really sorry Rach, not many people were available that weekend you are coming :-( Check rates for Sept southwest flights perhaps so you can join the mega party? There's time to think about it yet!

I knew the chances were slim that would work out but I was holding out a little hope!! I don't think my wallet/schedule can handle another trip in Sept as I have a lot of trips planned already. I will be there in spirit!
I didn't respond to the GTG but I checked flights for the weekend of Sept 18 and it's only like $320 for round trip! Ahhh...now I so wanna go! If I fly in Friday night and leave Monday afternoon, is there someone willing to accommodate me??
Just have to convince DH that since he is going to Cancun in October for work that I should get a girl's weekend!!

Yay!!! I am beyond excited!!! Nesties from Cali, VA and possibly Wisconsin? Seriously?? This is going to be epic indeed!!!
I can already see the group photo, with all of us in our NFL finery...!
Oh yeah - and if we do indeed have girls come in from the Midwest/West in September, then I am more than happy to come up on Saturday and make it an over nighter...I can get a hotel room and someone can bunk with me - no worry about the cost! If you girls can travel across the country to come, it'd be my pleasure to treat you for the rooming :-)
And don't go getting all "But I couldn't accept that" on me...lol...it is no problem for me, and it would give me great happiness
