I saw in your 10 things that you're fixing the grading at your house. We have to do the same thing at the new house and have been weighing our options. Is this something you and DH are doing on your own or are you having landscrapers come in? If you're doing it yourself, do you have any tips that you've come across? How many bags of top soil did you order?

Gotcha. We were planning on doing it ourselves as well but it's basically the entire house (except the front) that needs to be graded so we were just looking for opinions.
