woot.
When's the big move?
Better question, when can I come visit? I miss Hawaii.
I'm here for a few moments. Just finishing up laundry and fast-forwarding through The Voice until the end.
BTW, BLT I haven't forgotten about our PM conversation. My friend is in Vegas right now but I'll catch up with her soon. :-)
I changed my name
I'm drinking too.
Everything is about to get really funny.

No worries
Thanks!
I am around. Not doing much of anything. And I just remembered we have rum i might start drinking.
ETA: I am slo pouting because It seems like pretty much everyone in H's new unit gets 4th of July off but not him. We talked about going 40 minutes away a few days earlier to another fireworks display but then realized he works that night too.
The Dogs and Us
I'm trying to convince the H that we should go there instead of Breckenridge, CO next January. He's not buying it....yet.
I bought beer today even though I really only drink liquor.
I also bought some 4 Lokos even though I think they are gross.
Not sure why I'm impulse buying sh!t I don't like but now someone's gotta drink it.

Stock up on 4 Lokos, it's being banned in some states!
I'm around-ish watching America's Got Talent until CSI comes on.
How are you feeling?
I'm here. It's 2:40am in England. I'm coughing up a lung, my throat and ears hurt like a b. Had to go to the ER for a nebulizer treatment, turns out I have asthmatic bronchitis. And of course our clinics are understaffed so nobody can see me for three weeks.
Oh, and I have to get medical clearance to move, we can't get orders until then. But it's for my asthma, and the more complications I get the odds of clearance become less and less of a "sure thing."
I just want my mommy. I haven't seen her in two years. I'm just done with this place. I'm so ready to leave.
You're welcome in advance for my tear-stained rant/vent.
On the plus side, I found a recipe for S'mores Bars.
WTF noooooooo. They are so gross but it combats my tendency to get sleepy drunk.
Must.buy.more.

I'm here. We are making dinner and I'm feeling sorry for myself. Our office has been really slow and the doctor is considering cutting back hours. I'm freaking out. I need the hours. She asked for someone to take tomorrow morning off because we aren't seeing patients and because its the anni of my Mom's death I said I would do it. As much as I need the hours I need a break tomorrow.
And I'm applying for a job in my field and if I get it we would be able to start saving a lot more and to have a baby sooner! Fingers crossed I get it!
I really hope you get better and that you can get medical clearance to leave!
The Dogs and Us
Aw, A! I'm sorry you're feeling crappy. That sucks about the move clearance too. Here's hoping you stay healthy! ::hugs::
I just got back from having dinner with our neighbors. They're pretty awesome. H went out to have a beer with his flight before they officially start UPT tomorrow. I'm waiting for my sheets to come out of the dryer so I can go to bed. I have such an exciting life.
Boo for illnesses! Feel better soon!
*hugs* I'll keep you in my thoughts tomorrow.
Ditto. Please let me know if you need anything.
I'm here, the kids are playing a bit and then it's bath time.
Thank you both.
And S I'm glad you answered Lace's question because I had been wondering the same thing but didn't know how to ask. I'm glad your doing okay. I'm always here if you want to talk.
I *think* I have my final semester schedule figured out. 3 LE electives, 1 humanities, 1 math. If the academic adviser gives me the go ahead next Wednesday, I will be taking 17 credit hours and done(with my AAS) next semester. What am I getting into? 17 hours + full time work = no races, no social life and well, no life really. But I'm SO close.
Would you do it? Cram it all into one semester or spread it out over two?
If your super dedicated you can totally do it. You just have to set aside time to make time for your school work. I used to do it all the time but I only worked part time. Its entirely up to you though, if you think its going to be too much don't do it.
