    Um, negligence isnt a crime.

I thought criminal negligence was a crime, no?

The verdict is hard to swallow, but I was not surprised given the lack of evidence that was reported.   Such a sad story all around.  (except for the mother, who is just a hateful person.  I have no doubt karma will get her)

  • Beyond a reasonable doubt means a lot. You can't execute someone based on what you feel is right.

Homegirl is crazy, and a liar, but I wasn't on the jury, and have no idea what really happened, no one probably never will. Just a really sad case all around.

Dexter doesn't kill people unless he has concrete evidence as well. Serial killer with a conscience.

Dexter finds evidence the authorities overlook, and he also hides evidence to throw his coworkers off the right path. So the theory of Dexter going after Casey is plausible.

Yeah, I have seen the show. Just sayin he wouldn't get out his murder bag and gas up his boat 5 mins after the verdict was read.Geeked

the dexter comment was all in fun so does it really need to be debated? even still, dexter punishes criminals who never go to trial. 3 yrs after caylee died, he'd know for sure and absolutely would gas up his boat and get his killing room ready as soon as she was released. and he'd get any accomplices in the meantime to make her wish she were spending life in prison.
