I'm going to have to try this. I love breakfast burritos, but I'll have to adjust to make it veg. No biggie.
We do a lot of breakfast sandwiches. I don't know if you have Rudis Organic Bakery bread, (I find it at the commissary for $2.99) but every one I've tried is FANTASTIC. We consistently use their sourdough, 7 grain flax, multigrain with flax english muffins, and Colorado cracked whole wheat.....we like bread
I feel like I get fuller with their bread. We usually will just cook an egg toast some bread and throw some cheese on it for a quick breakfast sandwich.
I'm planning on trying steel cut oats in the crock pot. Just let it cook on low overnight and it's ready to go in the morning. You can throw together your favorite toppings (dried fruit, nuts, flax, etc) and have a pre-mix ready to add to the oats for even quicker assembly.
