Don't have an AW today.
I am exhausted this week with adjusting to my new schedule. This is going to be a long 5 weeks, and a TON of work. I thought last 5 weeks was hard. This is that, x5.
On the upside, I find it really interesting. So that helps, a lot.
I feel bad because I was tired, cranky, and frustrated last night and I took it out on H. I need to apologize today. I hate when that happens.

I am exhausted and today is going to be hard to get through as I had about 3 hours of sleep BUT...
I had an all day work conference yesterday and stepped outside my comfort zone so many times. I had to present our tables idea to the room (including our most senior leadership) and was shaking so hard the mic was visibly moving but I got an award for doing so well
. I also am not a big bar/social in large group type of person but I stayed up at the bar until 1am socializing with some of the leadership from our other offices out of state. Luckily I had a room upstairs so I headed up and passed out and still got here before 7am, tonight I will be in bed SUPER early.
Summer - I wrote you back.
My sister was suppose to move to Norway next weekend
, but it got delayed until the end of August! 
. So we have a few more weeks with the kids. My nephew Joshua is turning 3 today! I can't believe he's already 3; I'm going to Houston tomorrow for his birthday party.

My AW is silly, but I'm so excited. I get to sleep in my own bed tonight for the first time since last Thursday. We've been house sitting for DH's parents and the bed was awful.
I did something last night I haven't done in forever: I stayed up until 1:30 AM reading a book. Granted it was something I had read before and it was, well, a Harlequin romance novel, but I was up at 6:30 AM and I'm not sure why. I have to be up even later tonight so I'm hoping it will be helpful for that.
I think we should just start this day over. Plain and simple. My breakfast sucks and I seriously dislike what I'm wearing.
We are supposed to be visiting my grandmother this weekend and I really don't feel like traveling.
AW: After playing Albertson's Monopoly religiously for 2 years and winning nothing, we got $100 gift card from the Yahtzee game they have now.
Well I am excited to start my new job on Monday. I asked for a little more than what she originally offered and they accepted! Yay! :-) The only thing I'm not looking forward to is driving back and forth from Coppell everyday. Hopefully it won't be too bad.
But I probably won't be able to be on here as much when I start :-(
Also, we went to Michaels last night to see about getting our guestbook framed. They wanted to charge $137 and that was with the 60% special they had going on. That's ridiculous!

My anti-AW - I am in a bad place today. I just had a pretty severe breakdown in my car because of John Lennon's Imagine. It turns out being late for your period sucks just as much as getting it when you are still getting negative tests. TTC sucks.

I thought about just buying a frame itself, but I didn't know if the fingerprints being pressed up against the glass itself would be a bad thing...I didn't know if it would mess the fingerprints up. So I will try what you suggested!

Mine is a fingerprint tree as well and the mat keeps it from sitting right up on the glass. Even if they did touch the glass I doubt it would do anything to them.

I've got nothing today. I'll probably be busier today than I was yesterday and I worked until 7:30 yesterday, so big freakin yay for today.

Amanda- I live in Frisco. It took me about 30-35 minutes to get there without any traffic. I have never driven it in traffic, so hopefully it won't be too bad!

Congrats Everyone!
I guess my big thing is that I got all of my tests done (for my excessive tired-ness) and I'm completely normal on everything. I'm now taking D3 and B12 because I was at the lower end of the healthy range for them. I read all of the side effects of a B12 deficiency and it sounds just like me... so hopefully that will help.
Also, DH and I are officially going to Italy next fall!

Sarah - When I was framing my diploma Michaels and Hobby Lobby wanted a ridiculous amount for it, so I just bought a big frame that had a smaller box in the middle that fit my diploma perfectly and stuck it in that. And it was 50%. (and get this....the woman that was working the framing counter actually suggested it...)
It was something similar to this (but bigger):

Haha, yes I'm super excited! We are in research mode right now but will be staying for at least 2 weeks so we will plan to visit multiple cities. We are explorers so while we def. want to hit a few touristy high spots, we also want to try to spend some time in less travelled areas and really appreciate their culture.
I'm going to AW for Wendi: her soldier is in her custody!!!!!
Oh, and two weeks from today, I'll be on my way to my first ever beach/do-nothing vacation. Ack?
Yay for all the good news! Tiffany I hope you have a blast in Italy! My parents went once and really enjoyed it. My mom borrowed my camera and left it at a train station there so I never got to see any pictures.
Leslie - Sorry things aren't going so great with TTC
The in laws sent some nasty messages to DH when he was discussing some issues he had with them. So bad that he promptly came home from work and de-friended them on FB. I'm shocked that they lashed out at him as they did, so I went ahead and deleted them too. I also don't need to be reading the racist rants that his dad decides to put on his status (one of the issue he told them about)
