Hi, I'm TX. I recently complete 6 years as an MP with the Army Reserves. I am now in the IRR. MH is AD Army and is deployed. We have four kids and a foster dog named Ella.

Hi! I'm A, and my husband is AD Air Force. We're currently stationed in England and are PCSing in a few weeks! We're expecting our first human child in October, a girl and our first child is Hunter, a 2 1/2 year old Lab/Poodle mix who looks like Gandolf from Lord of the Ring.

Hi I'm K, and you probably know me from TK since I'm a reg there.I come and go here sometimes, but I mostly lurk.

H is AD Navy, he's been stationed in Japan for 3 years but we are about to PCS to Norfolk in the fall. We are newlyweds, we have no babies or even furbabies. He's on deployment right now and we can't wait til he gets back so we can get on with our PCS!

Hi! I'm Kristen, and H is AD AF. We're currently in limbo in Mississippi due to some medical issues with H, but our next stop should be Arizona. I volunteer here on base, and just got a part-time job out in town. We have a 1 year old pooch who is a complete nutcase (in a good way most of the time), and he's our little 100 lb "baby."

I'm { this } close to finishing my AAS in Law Enforcement, DH just started working toward a Network Admin(or some other computer nonsense) degree.

I'm Pumpkin, named after the bread I was eating when I signed up. I'm still studying to be an early childhood teacher, but acting as a SAHM for now. I've been married to K for almost four years. DH is AD Army. We've been at Bragg for almost four years and we'll probably be here for another three. He's an engineer, but he's considering changing his MOS to a number of different things. We have a daughter, Bean, that will be 2 in three weeks! We also have two dogs.

I watch too much tv, which is why I post more on Entertainment than here. I also tend to make random references that most people never get, and I have a memory for stupid details which can make me look like a crazy stalker.

Mrs. Obama is in town today, but it's so hot and the area she'll be at will be so packed that I'm just going to stay home and enjoy chinese and a/c.

Hello! I'm Mrs Aggie and DH is AD Army stationed in TX but deployed right now. I'm 2 hours away from his post finishing my last year of nursing school so sometimes I feel a little "cut off" from other wives and news. We have been married for a little over 4 months and he deployed 2 months ago so we have never officially lived together. I guess you could say I have A LOT to look forward to when he comes home

Oh and we have a furbaby who is a 4 year old cockapoo named Madison who looks like a teddy bear.

We heard that Norfolk isn't exactly the "best" place to live there so we have recently chosen to live in Virginia Beach. How is the traffic going to base from there? Any recs of areas to live? Thanks!

There are some places in Norfolk that are nice,As far as traffic it just depends on what base your DH will stationed at and then you can try to figure out where to live.
