In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Planned Eating and Exercise for Tuesday
Going to the spa today...I have to detox from our anniversary dinner...I'm getting so old. Two glasses of the most delicious Riesling and I feel hungover! What is that?!
B: Vi Shake with Vanilla soy milk, chocolate add-in, peanut butter
L: At spa juice bar...either a sandwich or smoothie
Chicken, rice, veggie
E: Zumba, maybe a workout at the spa if I'm feeling bored (ha do we really think this will happen? The gym is very nice...but....)

E: hoping to grab a run on the treadmill this afternoon after the cable tech comes. Something relatively easy since my muscles are screaming at me after kickboxing yesterday. ouch!

I'm feeling like crud today-there's a sickness going around and I have a slight fever so all of this is IF I can hold it down. Not even through my breakfast shake yet and it's 11:45am...ugh
