Dear UTA,
Thank you for making campus officially smoke free as of 8/1! That makes me happy!

Re: OL Tuesday
Dear UTA,
Yes I'm still waiting. After a couple emails and calls still nothing. Guess I'm destined to just go in the Spring.
- very annoyed
Dear Women in my life,
I finally said my peace. Might have destroyed an already broken relationship and I don't regret it. It needed to be said and put out there. Now why do I feel like I'm the bad person?
- Confused
Dear Book club,
I finished the book! Wow just wow!
- can't wait to talk about it

Maybe you should just take an afternoon off work and come up here. They won't be able to ignore you then.
-Summer
Dear Ladies-
I don't have time to get to the jeweler and get my ring cleaned. Any good at home cleaners you use that I could shine it up a bit with? My ring is white gold, if that matters.
TIA,
Girl with a dirty ring
Dear Nesties,
Did you know that we are all toxic trolls with no life?
-Curious Me
Huh?
<a href="http://www.thenest.com/?utm_source=ticker&utm_medium=HTML&utm_campaign=tickers" title="Home D
I have tomorrow off! I'll be going there then.
<a href="http://www.thenest.com/?utm_source=ticker&utm_medium=HTML&utm_campaign=tickers" title="Home D
I saw that last week. It's funny because if anyone is a troll, true to definition, it's not us.
Dear fitness gals,
I did Day 1 of 30 Day Shred last night. I'm not an avid fitness person by any means, but I thought it was a good workout, and I was jelly afterwards. But, I felt great, and I'm so motivated to do it again today. This is a huge change for me - I'm normally a bit, um, lethargic. So hopefully I can keep up this new trend!
~Angie
That irritates me so bad. Trolls?! How is one a troll when you've met them in real life? Someone needs to check their dictionary out again. The sad part is, it probably would have been forgotten had she not drummed it up again. It's also sad that this great charity and organization have been tainted by the childish acts of one person.
Oh, and hi. I'm Brianna. Just so you know that I'm not hiding behind my computer screen.
Bio
The AK Photography girl took to her Twitter last night and started SLAMMING us on this site saying that we are trolls that hide behind a computer screen. That the person she unfriended is "toxic" and she's even been so sweet to define defamation on her Twitter. So so sad. I wish that an adult would just act like one.
Bio
We did it yesterday too! We hope to keep it up!
I can't believe her! After her not coming back to the SA thread I assumed she was done. How is she going to go off and do something on twitter?? Doesn't she realise she runs a business that depends on referral and a decent reputation? She's not doing herself or her business any favors.

I read this somewhere, and wasn't sure if it was legit. Good to know!
Dear Aunt Flo,
I hate you.
-Laura
"...And he just came out of my imaginary birthday cake." -its apelila
Maybe this is stating the obvious, and I only read the one thread about this, but isn't she hatin' on the Nesties behind a computer screen, too by posting that on Twitter?
"...And he just came out of my imaginary birthday cake." -its apelila
Why, yes. Yes, it is. Hypocricy at it's finest!
Bio
Dear Tuesday,
You are turning into a Monday. STOP! I already had a Monday this week and I don't need another.
-me-
Dear DH,
I'm sorry you fgot your feelings hurt this morning by me saying that I was looking forward to a full night's sleep tonight and you took it to mean that I was glad we didn't have SD tonight but I asked you first thing yesterday to call the dr and make her another appt for her ears and you didn't and I was up again with her all night. I'm not sure what part of my doctor telling me it was important to get a full night of sleep you missed but I can't do another night of up all night while you snore. I even tried waking you up like you told me to do and it didn't work so get over it!
-your walking zoombie wife-
I don't get why she is being so nasty about this. I mean who cares if some girls volunteering were saying you were snarky on a message board? If she would have dropped it and moved on, this would have been forgotten by everyone a WEEK AGO. What is she gaining by bringing it up?
[Full disclosure: I did not read what was written on twitter last night]
Michelle & Michael
Married - August '10
TTC - Since September 2011
#1 - Bad 30 DS person. Watched True Blood instead.
#2 - Re: Amy Karp - Piece of work. Honestly, I feel like there is so much worse we could have said/done.
Michelle - Agreed! I just noticed that the thread was almost a week ago too! All she's doing is making herself look worse.
Leslie - Agreed too, I don't think that there was anything crazy bad said. She just wasn't very nice.
Bio
Oh great. I checked out the tweets and there are two other photographers asking her who it is saying stuff and saying they are up for a fight. The last thing I want is to have to deal with that crap.
Yes! Honestly it should have been over last week. This is getting ridiculous. Funny thing is I'm mad for your guys becuase I wasn't even there. It's not like people posted on her blog or site or anything else.
<a href="http://www.thenest.com/?utm_source=ticker&utm_medium=HTML&utm_campaign=tickers" title="Home D
Dear Lady-
I can't believe you are seriously jealous and smoke is coming out of your ears because we happened to say "Hi" to our new boss first. Maybe you should get here earlier if this is going to be an issue. He isn't "yours" like you claim, which is all sickening. And what is the big deal about who said "Hi" first, him or us.
Dear Eggplant, Fennel, Basil, Oregano and Cherry Tomato plants-
I'm really bad at taking care of plants and the like so if you could take care of yourself, that would be awesome. The only thing I can promise, barely, is that I will water you.
Dear Baked Chicken Parmesan-
Please be tasty and wonderful tonight.
Dear heat-
Aren't you tired of being on full blast? I wouldn't mind if you would take a break for a bit.
I use a combination of dawn, windex, and warm water and let my rings soak for a while. Afterwards they look so sparkly and brand new. I also scrub them with a toothbrush when I rinse them off.
I think every jeweler will tell you something different. I've heard no need for toothpaste, soap, windex, or cleaner, just use hot water and let them soak overnight. So it just depends who you talk to.
-fellow nestie who cleans her rings at home.
This made me happy too!
This is what Ben does to my ring every Sunday and it looks beautiful. He lets is soak about 10 minutes then scrubs it with a soft toothbrush, then dries it with a microfiber towel.
I'm glad I don't have Twitter. Seriously, some people are beyond ridiculous.
With All the Trimmings
Just do it!
Agreed!
Dear work,
You've been so busy lately, but at least that makes my days go by faster.
Bio Good Times
Dear At-Home-Ring-Cleaners,
I took notes from Stephie and tried it out on my rings. They are amazingly, sparkly when I'm done!
~Manda
Dear Front Door,
I'm (we are both) sooo over working on you. You had better turn out perfect tonight or I / we are going to call a professional. Which I truly hope doesn't have to happen, since we've already spent money on you.
~Disgruntled Homeowner
***Bearer of bad news swoops in***
Welcome to Motherhood! Sleepless nights, sick kids and sometimes having to do it yourself even though you ask DH to. Strap in, it's a bumpy ride!
Bio
Yep, I would say this is just practice for what the next 18 years of your life will be like, and you won't be able to send them home the next day like SD! Better get used to not sleeping now.
