she's trying out for high school *gasp* volleyball this morning. she's been working really hard, running with me so she can do well on her mile, and getting her mechanics down. this past year she FINALLY caught up with all the other girls muscle-development wise, so she's no longer the runt ; )
i know she's pretty nervous, so send some good thoughts her way!

I played volleyball too (in Jr. High anyway). And WAS the runt - but could set like no one's business.

She'll do great. Doing the work it takes to be on the team on your own is a huge plus on her side.

no, she is not in high school for another 21 days or so...lol. but yeah. i know. HOW did this day get here?!?!?!
i'm very proud of her, though. she is a great kid. i never have to go in and wake her up, she gets out of bed totally on her own every day. even when it's a day that we're going to get up and run at 5:40.
in other news, my tiny baby boy is starting middle school this year too. and planning to play the trumpet. Lord help us. i wish i had a closet large enough for him to practice in!

tryouts were today, and then they continue tomorrow. tomorrow is like, 8-10 tryouts, then 10-12 is on the schedule as "practice". so i don't even know what time i'll be picking her up!!!
i'll be there at 10 regardless, though, because if she doesn't make it, that would be horrible to have to sit there and wait for me to arrive. oh my gosh i hope she makes it.

I remember not making the basketball team in Jr High. I worked really hard to "catch up". I made it the next year and actually made the high school team where there were girls who made the Jr High team when I didn't and they didn't get on the high school team. I was so proud.

Started Metformin 6/30/11, Started Clomid 7/20/11 - Unsuccessful
HSG and Laparoscopic surgery revealed blocked tubes and lots of scar tissue...IVF here we come!!!
