My company (which is located in Detroit) is seeking an Executive Asst to support the CEO, President and 2 VP's. Below is the job description:
Manages executive correspondence, scheduling of meetings, calendars and prepares and coordinates expense reports Updates Salesforce.com with appropriate notes ensuring information is up to date and accurate and adding contacts from meetings Schedules and coordinates travel arrangements to include hotel accommodations, car rental, and flight itinerary Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible Manages internal/external correspondence to determine if actions must be initiated Maintains confidentiality of all corporate and personnel matters Coordinates meetings and events with customers/suppliers, including preparation of agendas Coordinate internal executive level meetings Follows up on tasks resulting from executive management and customer meetings Maintains electronic filing systems Serves as back-up support for other administrative assistants, if necessaryIf you have any questions or if you're interested, email me your resume and I will forward it to my HR Mgr.
