So, guys... I am super undecided on Vegas accomodations. I've booked our 3rd hotel now... I'm addicted to the weekly promotions. I need to go to vacation deals anonymous.

We decided on the Four Seasons. IF we even get to go. With my work schedule, I am considering scrapping it and telling Ben I want to finish our kitchen instead.

FUN! What are your choices? If you book with weekly deals, can you cancel the reservations just like normal?
I "liked" all the resorts I like on FB.... and they post deals all the time. Plus I get emails. Yes, I book straight through the resort so they are 100% cancellable.
We started out at Paris and got an awesome deal.... now we are at Monte Carlo for even cheaper but I don't love it. The only reason I booked it is because of its proximity to City Center and it has nice pools.
I did get an email for Vdara (at city center) this week that would be $250 more total for a 850 sf corner suite with 270 degree views of the strip....but I just don't know if that is really worth it.
Stephie - You guys should go! Isnt' the Four Seaons there actually at Mandalay Bay though?
"Liking" on FB is a great idea! I should try that. Crossing my fingers if you choose Paris that your experience is better than ours!
Have you booked your trip to Italy? I heard about a week long trip in February for around $2000 per person for everything this morning. I don't have a clue if that's a good price or not but thought I would pass it along.
We aren't going to go there. After booking we heard some less than desirable reviews ... and a lot of people saying that it's really not that great...
I've stayed at NYNY before and liked it, and DH has stated at MGM and Mandalay Bay and like them both. So I'm perusing deals still.
Oh thanks! Na, we are planning for the fall ... collecting airline miles right now hoping to go first class.

Vegas ladies, where are you finding the "deals"? I want to book something for the end of October. Any pointers for a 2-3 night deal? TIA!
ETA: I've stayed at the Monte Carlo and it was nice. I wouldn't say over the top, but I liked it. It was also in the midst of everything.
Same except beginning of November. The problem I am running into is that the Latin Grammy's are the night we are supposed to arrive, so it's a mess.
We are going at the end of October and got a great airfare deal. I tracked flights for 2 months and they weren't going down ($305). Then one day I got an email from Trip Advisor about reduced airfare...got it cheap ($235)!
I am no help on hotel deals. We usually just stay where my parents get comped.

My parents are probably going in January for a family friend's 30th birthday. Meanwhile, my 30th is in December and they haven't even mentioned it. I feel a little Sixteen Candles about it.
I made the strangest smoothie this morning. It had a frozen banana, a whole segmented orange, the juice of half another orange, a couple lychees, a quarter of an avocado and half of one of those small cans of pineapple juice. Weird, but tasty!
I think diapers are a great gift. When my SIL had her shower for the twins, she did register, but she also requested diapers and wipes. And if it was me, and someone got me a huge load of essentials, I would say "you spent too much!" and then if they said that they used coupons so it didn't cost that much, I'd be super stoked for both of us.
ETA: I left my earbuds at home, so I don't know how I'm going to make it through this work day!
If/when you do I would love to see before and afters. I'm hooked on kitchen renovations right now.

I am throwing a suprise b-day party for DH in two weeks that I am super excited about! And he has absolutely no idea. He thinks his sister is just coming down to visit. I got his brother to ask him to go play golf that morning so I can get him out of the house :-) I just hope he enjoys it!
My boss is out today, so it's been a little slow around here. I still wish I could get on the internet :-( But I have to sit at the desk in the very front, where everyone can see my screen :-(

I'm super late to this but I don't see anything wrong with using a coupon. My only concern would be how much room does a metric done of diapers actually take up and will they only be in one size?
I had a great time on my vacation but the food sure did suck. I think I lost weight on this vacation.
