So, a friend and I met at the dog park tonight with our dogs of course. A girl came to introduce herself to us. I forget her name because everything else she had to say made my chin hit the ground. So after introducing herself and telling us her H was a PFC (nothing wrong with that of course) she tells us he missed a deployment because her kid is CPS. So I'm racking my brain thinking, "I know what this is...", and when I realized what it was I thought, "okay, so why is this the first thing you tell me?" Then she proceeds to tell us that her husband cheated on her 4 times during their seven months of marriage and he's getting NJP'd for under age drinking. At this point I'm doing the head-desk thing. Icing on the cake...she finally tells us that she is 17.
DH asked me if she finished highschool and I'm not sure I want to know the answer to that one.
I try not to be judgemental but regardless, this probably isn't stuff you should be telling total strangers at the dog park and I think that's what really made my jaw drop.
Oh, almost forgot, she has a tattoo of a dildo on her forearm. I asked her if it was a tube of lipstick (it was a red stick kind of shaped like lipstick) and her reaction was basically, "No, silly, it's a dildo," like that's normal or something.
ETA: This will be a post and run because DH is getting his whites ready for a ceremony tomorrow and then we're gonna watch a movie.

Uhhh.. this made me "WTF?!" hardcore.. I mean.. really?!
It was at the dog park on base and I wouldn't be suprised if she was originally from 29
I also forgot that she started talking crap on the officers and senior enlisted in the batallion. Now that's a REALLY great idea.
And now it is movie time for me.
She sounds lovely, all the way from the overshare to the dildo tattoo. What a class act!
I would totally take the dog to the dog park more often if I could run into people like this. They're like Sasquatch sightings; you hear the stories, but you're not sure if they're true until you experience it for yourself.
And then you weep for humanity.
