Where to get colour catchers?

Hello all - thanks for the help last week with the straight line quilting.  It's not perfect but it is significantly better looking than before.

I need to wash the quilt on Thursday night and I was wondering what settings on the washing machine to use?  Also can I run it through the dryer on an air-dry cycle? It's supposed to rain every day for the rest of the week so air drying it outside is no longer an option. Thirdly, what is a colour catcher?  Where do you buy them usually (LQS, Joanne's?) and do I need it for a quilt made entirely of unwashed new moda and kona solid fabric.  The binding is a dark brown and the sashing is Kona snow.  I'm most concerned about the binding bleeding into the sashing but if I wash it on cold it should be ok?

Thanks in advance!
