As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yeah that confused me too. He could have simply said no and stuck to it.
I probably wouldn't have engaged in a huge argument like that at my child's birthday party either.
Thing is, without a court ordered agreement Ryan couldn't take Bentley without Maci's permission. She had the legal rights to say "well I'm going to take him trick or treating no matter what you want"
I think him getting court ordered joint custody is the right thing for everyone involved.
