I think it's SA Wednesday!
Re: I think it's SA Wednesday!
Oh, heartbreaking about your SD. Jack has lost two great grandparents and a cherished aunt in the last two years, and it's still so hard on him. He recently became a Christian, though, and he was SO excited when he was reading in his little Bible about how we'll see them again. He was literally crying with joy. I was so proud of my sweet boy...
Courtney - Pretty much dying over the use of whiskey tango. That one is definitely a keeper.
Brianna - Sometimes I do that too, it somehow makes me feel slightly better about the whole deal. I hope your day improves.
Dana - Glad your hard day wasn't too hard. Yay! to the 2nd trimester. Time goes by so fast, you will have an outside baby before you know it.
Kathy - I feel like we need some more details about what's going on with you...November is fast approaching, so I know you have to have some sort of nursery ideas brewing and you are probably having a shower soon -- have you registered anywhere?
I love this! So clever.
"...And he just came out of my imaginary birthday cake." -its apelila
Leslie - HAHA thanks girl!! I probably would have done the same thing!
Deepthi & Angie - Thanks, I will check out both! Hopefully, I will find something good!
We go to church and she knows what heaven is. I think that is why she was finally like "gone forever" but I don't think she realizes that we will see him again. She only goes every other weekend when we have her and they haven't been having Sunday School during the summer so she just sits in service and colors most Sundays. When she goes with my parents she gets a little more. It will all make sense in the next couple months I'm sure since Sunday school at our church starts back up next Sunday.
I am in a real funk lately. In times like these, it is just best that I keep my virtual mouth shut and lurk.
High five! I totally know what you mean.

I'm going to minneapolis tomorrow!!! I was feeling sorry for myself that I would have to miss my niece's party this weekend -- I haven't seen my family since Christmas (nine months!!) and it's been making me very emotional
So DH used his miles and got me a ticket to go for the weekend. I am so over-the-top excited and grateful.
That is so exciting! I know you were sad to miss your niece's party - enjoy your trip!!
All of our systems went down so we literally had an hour and a half with NOTHING for anyone to do. It was perfect timing though because we were doing a baby shower for one of our girls so we just turned that hour into the baby shower. I love when things work out like that.
How awesome of him!
I finally got to talk to my sister for the first time since they left for Norway two weeks ago.. Beside facebook messages and set a time to skype with my nephews. I know exactly how you feel about missing the party, but I'm sure you'll make it up to them when you see them.

Me three! I feel like I've been really whiney so I'm staying fairly quiet. The move/DH getting a job is stressing me out.
Me Four.
Sarah - I need to be working harder for the Jailbreak, too!
Somehow I missed your original request Amanda but I know a lot of people who like younghouselove.com
Have ya'll seen TK lately? It is dead....as in as a doornail.
With All the Trimmings
Just do it!
So sweet of him! Hope you have a great trip :-)!
Oh yeah, I refresh over there a lot to make sure everything is okay. And it's been deeeeeeead. But, it's really been dead since all of the OMH's moved over here. The threads never get too crazy. And there's a ton of insides jokes that happen so people don't know what to say in response to them. I sure don't.

I felt really lost sometimes. Even when it was explained it didn't really help. Plus, sometimes it's hard to just keep up here.

Deepthi & Bobbileigh - Awesome, more good stuff. I'm starting a new list of blog/websites to look at along with my photography blogs!
Thanks!
If you find anything else, share! I love adding new things to my Google Reader. It's become my Friday night habit to read through everything from the week

Although moves are an adventure, they are EXTREMELY stressful. Just remember that it will all fall into place. If you forget something, you can always buy a new one....or maybe you didn't really need it in the first place
And you have family here who will help you out once you arrive.
What type of work is your DH looking for?
