Five Things Friday
1. I think I have officially hit the point in this pregnancy where it's getting difficult to sleep at night.
2. I'm gonna blame it on the fact that I need to arrange about three different pillows just to get comfortable, can hardly breathe due to the fact that my lungs are squished up into my neck, and also the fact that I'm going to the bathroom about twice a night now.
3. In spite of the problems listed above, I've actually been feeling really good and feel blessed to be having an easy pregnancy... so hopefully I don't sound like too big of a B. 
4. DH applied to a few jobs last week and one of them called him back yesterday for a phone interview.
5. It was actually a job he just applied to just a few days ago and he was really excited about it, so I'm hoping that it goes well!
Re: Five Things Friday
1. I can't believe Ritzy is so close to the end of her pregnancy
2. I am proud of myself for the way I've eaten and exercised this week. However, I shouldn't be proud of myself because I put back on 10 lbs and am now working to take it off
3. I wish weight wasn't such a struggle for me
4. I have crafting ADD, I find so many projects and things I want to learn how to do but I never master any of my "skills"
5. It looks like such a beautiful day and I'm bummed that I'm spending it inside my freezing cold office.
1. We have been living with ILs this week while our hardwood floors were getting refinished. I am very excited to go back home today.
2. However, I am not excited about all the cleaning and putting our house back together.
3. We get carpet next week and that is the end of our major home improvement projects. I am SO EXCITED. I just want to put the baby's room together.
4. My sister is having a hard time getting pregnant and I get emotionally invested in her cycles every month, hoping this is it for her. She just started a new cycle and it makes me sad for her.
5. DH has a salt water tank with some expensive fish. He keeps mentioning he might sell them. I wish he would -- they are stupid and they take time/money to maintain.
1. My neighbor is out of town for the next week and a half and she gave me free reign over her garden! I'm so excited, she has an amazing garden! (including 35 tomato plants!!!)
2. I was watering the garden last night and got at least a dozen new mosquito bites.
3. I still feel like the risk is worth the reward with the mosquito/garden situation
4. DH has a cold and he turned into a big baby...
5. I'm starting to get DH's cold

1. I agree Ritzy I feel like you just found out you pregnant, it's amazing how fast time flies!
2. Today may be the longest day , its only me and my boss in the office... and he has no meetings..
3. M has been very sassy lately, I hope this is not a sign of what is to come in the future!
4. I plan on staying in for lunch today and since no one else is here today I kinda of feel like a loser...
5. I need to go to the library tomorrow and pay my $10 late fee.. yikes, I need to try and return books on time!
Summer colds are the worst!!!
And I love big gardens... My parents have a great one and every day I stop by and pick up fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.. I love them!!
I don't believe you. I think we need a bump pic to prove it!
1. DH's birthday is tomorrow, and I haven't gotten him a gift yet. Crap!
2. I rode a motorcycle for the first time last night....it was kind of scary. Especially how freaking HEAVY those things are.
3. There was a special for a photography class on Living Social earlier this week, and on a whim I signed up for it. It should work perfectly because it's 4 classes in September, so I'm hoping to pic up some skills before our trip in October!
4. I'm still trying to convince DH to buy me a new lens....he wants me to do work in exchange. I suppose I should just agree, but I kinda don't want to.
5. I had acrylic nails for a couple weeks, just as a "treat" to myself. I had them taken off yesterday, and the part that I miss most is being able to tap better. I keep drumming my fingers and am disappointed that there isn't such a crisp clickety sound anymore!

1. this week at work has been incredibly long and rough, and everyone and everything is just annoying me.
2. I am ready to be done working on our house and move in - this 2 household thing is getting to me.
3. In regards to #2 DH still has not told our landlord that we are leaving our apartment yet - it is in our lease that we have to give 30 days notice prior to moving out - the longer he waits to call, the longer we have to wait to officially move and it's making me really mad.
4. I'm excited for vacation in Marquette in a couple weeks - I've never been and it sounds awesome, and I"m running the marathon up there and I couldn't be more excited about it!
5. I want a new craft project to work on - but I need my craft stuff unpacked to do that.
That's so exciting!!!!!!!!!! Do you think it's a boy or a girl?!?!?!

1. FI is having his work "Christmas Party" today on lake, with food and booze. I am jealous.
2. I was feeling motivated when I got to work today, but that changed when I was given some work that I don't really want to do. The rest of today is going to be a struggle.
3. My bewbs look uneven in the shirt I'm wearing today. I tried to adjust my bra strap to correct it, but now it's bugging me.
4. FI and I are having dinner with his friend and wife tonight. I don't know if I'm looking forward to it yet.
5. We are switching back to WOW cable tomorrow morning. FI switched from WOW to Comcast when he moved in. Since we are paying a ridiculous amount for Comcast, I convinced him to let me switch back. We will save about $50/month. I am excited about this.
1. It is so hard looking outside and seeing the perfect blue sky, I wish I was off today!
2. I feel like I can never catch up on my DVR! But, in the summer, I try to spend as much time as I can outside.
3. We had the best corn on the cob last night for dinner, DD loved it too!
4. I've been looking at past mortagement statements and never realized how much we pay in interest, yuck!
5. I really can't believe that DD is 21 months today, and I am in denial that she is going to be 2 soon, but I confess that I have already been researching party ideas!
1. We are closing on my Grandma's house this afternoon. I have mixed feelings about it but am sad that I'll never be in her house again and that soon I won't have her smell anymore.
2. My first baby shower is on Sunday. I'm VERY excited about that!
3. Not much has been taken off of my registry. I snoop.
4. My MIL had a lump in her chest biopsied this week. Tests came back as I was typing this - she does NOT have cancer. Words don't describe how relieved I am!
5. I?ve been wearing the same pair of contacts for over a month because I still haven't unpacked the box that has my contacts in it. I can't find them. Ugh. Sick of living in half unpacked house.
You and me both!
You should be very proud of yourself! Every day can be a struggle to stay motivated and keep a positive attitude, so going strong for a whole week is a big accomplishment. Try not to sweat the 10lbs, as hard as that is. Just keep focused on your achievement.
I think sadly most women struggle with their weight/poor body image, so don't feel alone on that one either. DH is always talking about how he's like to put on more weight, and I think "ugh, if only to be a man". lol
I can relate. I haven't started anything too recently, but I have a lot of random projects that are half finished laying around.
I can't wait to see pictures of everything!! I think your nursery is going to be super cute. I love where you're headed with it.

I feel your pain. Is it just me or have the mosquitoes been terrible this year?! I feel like I can hardly walk out to get the mail without being attacked. Poor Emma got about 15 bites the other night in a ten minute timespan of doing something outside. She looks like she has chicken pox.
Poor girl, mosquito bites are aweful, especially when you're a kid and you can't help but to scratch at them! I hope they clear up quickly!

This second pregnancy has been flying by for me. When I think back to January when I found out, it seems like just yesterday. Glad to know I'm not the only one feeling this way. Maybe this year has just been on "fast forward" mode.
Haha... Emma has been a bit sassy on and off too. Sometimes she'll say something and I'm thinking "I'm so taken aback by this sass, I don't even know what to say". Just try to be consistent and firm, and hopefully the 'tude will only come out here and there. lol
Haha Mara. You're funny. I can't remember if I already posted this one on the board, but it's the most recent one I have from two weeks ago at 31 weeks.
I can totally picture you on a motorcycle. Does DH ride too? I guarantee you if I ever attempted to ride a motorcycle, I would fall over and break an arm and a leg. This is also the reason that I don't ski, rollerblade, or pretty much do anything that requires physical skill and coordination.
Ooooh, sounds exciting!! Now you just need to tell DH you "demand" a new camera lens

Hahaha... I'm the same way with a lot of stuff too. When I plan a party or an event I get kinda' stressed out with the overall planning, and yet I still really love doing it.
It's frustrating when you have to rely on other people to get something done and they don't come through. Can you send them all an email reminder to get you the pictures? Could you give her the book a little bit late so that it's complete?
LoL. In August?! I'd be jealous too. Sounds like a good time.
Hahahahaha. I swear my left one is bigger than my right one. I don't think it's obvious in clothes but I'm always thinking "this is really strange". I think it's fairly common for one to be larger than the other though. Although now that I'm pregnant I'm just big everywhere, so it's hard to tell what the hell is going on anymore.

Our DVR is filled with stuff too. You're right though, it's hard to get motivated to watch stuff in the summer unless I'm really looking forward to it.
Hahaha.. I feel ya. If you want to stress yourself out, start thinking about the interest you pay on any sort of loan. It's kinda' depressing.
Don't they grow fast?! I can't believe Emma is going to be THREE in a couple months. Gasp. What kind of party ideas are you tossing around? Do you think you'll have a big party? Let's discuss. I love parties. lol
