How many hours of sleep do you average per night?
I'm trying to wake up at 430 to work out, but I can't seem to get my @ss out of bed.
Another old nestie with a new name.
Re: Sleep
That's because 430 is an ungodly hour. Goodness, woman.
I went to bed last night very early - like 7:30
I got up around 6:30, not because I wanted to though.
On a normal night, I got to bed around 10-10:30 and get up around 6:30-7.
When DD starts school next week, we're going to have to get up and get ready earlier since she has to be there at 8:30.
How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?

I'm a night owl, so even with baby duty, I don't really fall soundly asleep until after 2 every night. I'm in bed, but I'm not really sleeping. M gets up sometime between 630 and 730, then I feed him and put him in the swing for another hour or so because he's still tired but wants to be out in the world. I used to let him get up, but then he just wandered the house with his blankee, moaning and looking/acting like a wee ghost until he was ready to go take a nap and finish his sleep. There's just no point in us both being up if we're both still tired. Hopefully he gets the message that he can remain asleep in his crib til 830 and the world will not fall apart without him before he outgrows his swing.
So...um... hm. 6 hours, I guess.
pre-baby i slept from 10:30-6:30
with BF baby, we go to bed at 9pm-ish, and get up for good at 8am with feedings around 12, 3 and 5:30
we'll see what she decides to do when/if she starts STTN, but I'd love to get at least 11-6 back!
Around 7 hours each night. I go to bed around 10/10:30 and get up at 5:40.
