That's exciting!!!!!
We were this > < close to making an offer and pulled out at the last possible moment because we weren't absolutely certain that the house was the one for us. My reasons for being uncertain were the distance from the highway (not a huge issue for us, but potentially an issue for resale) and the price- I thought it was higher than we can afford. Turns out that last worry was not necessary.

I feel pretty lame,
Tomorrow should be an easy day at work, and I too, get to wear jeans - it's the little things! In 6 days we leave for Marquette and I'm so pumped to go! We're making progress on the house.
That's about it.
Gah, I forgot to share?! We got an offer- but we had to counter because they wanted us to pay $10000 towards closing/down payment for them. HELLS to the NO! We're not about to lose $10,000. No thanks. They declined our offer but the next day they called and accepted. We quickly got our paperwork done with dh's job and finalized that (they buy the house from us, then sell it to the buyer so we we don't have to wait for closing). We finished our paperwork one day, and the next morning my husband had a message saying the buyers backed out!!!! But because we were quick in getting paperwork done, it's still considered sold by us. The company has it on the market, but I heard that they had an offer already. So that's exciting!

I actually haven't made cookies in a long time. Well, I made some iced sugar cookies for my cousin's baby shower earlier this month, but that's not a new recipe.

Only 3 days til vacation!
I have been, but for a very good reason! I didn't register for a whole lot of stuff because I'm getting a ton of hand-me-downs from my sister. I figured I needed to keep an eye on it to make sure that there was enough stuff on it in enough price ranges. So far so good.
