Vacuum for laminate floors?
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good vacuum cleaner to use on laminate floors? I feel like the one we currently have does not pick up as much it should even though we use the "floor" setting.

My old house had laminate and I always used the Swiffer vacuum on it.
For my hardwoods now - I plan on buying a Dyson - although it's so expensive.
My Eureka boss smartvac does a good job - mine's about 6 years old, so I can't vouch for the new ones, but it's held up well. We have cats and I always think it's funny when I push it up near a bookcase or something and I can see the cat fur flying out from under and into my vacuum.
