This is really dumb: I am going to workout for the first time tonight at the UTA gym and I am nervous. Not so much about working out but more about the whole locker room situation. I hate showering in gyms and I am also paranoid about leaving my e/wedding rings and my Garmin watch in my locker with a $5 combo lock while I shower. I have had things stolen at UTA in the past, so I just have this fear of it.
I am stressing about this for no reason, right? No one is going to steal from me? Right??
Right.
Can you keep your rings on you? Just in case?

My B&M is that I didn't realize that my student loan payment was on auto draft and so I paid it. Then it got drafted, so I paid twice! It's totally my fault, but it still sucks! :-(
Leslie- I always worry about that too. I think I am overly paranoid about it though!

Stephie, sorry to hear about the dining set, but it looks good in the picture that you posted on FB!
Dana, I hope you get to feeling better, the joys of pregnancy. I figured out the hard way too a few months ago that I can't stand being out in the heat for too long.
Leslie, I don't trust gym lockers either even when I went to Lifetime Fitness. I know it's a pain by I rather keep my valuables in the trunk of my car because locker theft does happen.

I would but they are super big now and I would likely be running, get sweaty and have them fly off or something...lol. I have been putting off getting them re-sized as everyone says my fingers will swell during pregnancy.
Kathy - Maybe I will leave them in my car. This also stresses me but hopefully it will work out.
I might just start being "single" on Mondays and Wednesdays. The stress of the rings is just too great!
As long as I have a lock on the locker, I've never thought twice about leaving stuff in there. OH great, now I'm going to start stressing. This won't help today, but maybe get a chain and wear it as a necklace when you work out going forward.

Ok after a little research I am thinking of buying some slipcovers -- on sale and free shipping $72 and I can return them to the store (JC Penney). They won't be here for over a month but I think I may do it if Ben says OK.

Just do it!
PS I hate how my iPhone won't let me post here, but it works on TK. Any tips?
Leslie, I'm paranoid no matter where I leave stuff. I leave my ring at home most times. then just carry my phone and mp3 player. Leaving the wallett in the car.
Thanks for the T&P.. I"m pretty sure I didn't get it. Oh well. On to the next
I guess I have one funny B&M. A girl at work actually asked me if I was pregnant! I told her no I was just chubby... It's only been 2 months people calm done!
