Back to the hospital AGAIN
3rd time in 3 days. I explained to the doc that we couldn't afford to go to the ER and that I was still having bleeding; so she sent me to the maternity ward again (no copays here). I'm on the fetal monitor again. This is a drag. I just want everything to be normal again.

Just wondering, have your doctors considered the effects of the low pressure from Irene as a possible source of your bleeding? I know that low pressure systems, in particular strong hurricanes, can bring on labor in pregnant women. Of the three pregnant women in my office at the time of Katrina, all three went into labor within a week of the hurricane -- one at 38 weeks, one at 36 weeks, one at 29 weeks. I know many doctors still think the low pressure effect as anecdotal, but it is something to consider.
Vibes that they figure everything out and that baby stays cooking a while longer.
