Re: One more day to go...

  • Aww sorry Mush.  It gets that way with me and Jeff sometimes - we don't fight much, but when we do it's like we're on completely different pages and we both wind up really hurt.  And yeah, I'm his personal secretary and it gets obnoxious.

  • Sorry Mush. I hate when our relationship is in WTF mode. Everyone listen!

Susie Q & Tbears, I might try both.

I am right here with you.  As I was watching the maintenance guys go to work on the other apartments, I couldn't help but think how nice it is that if we do get badly flooded, it's not my problem to fix shiit like that.

p.s.  Sorry you're having to deal with that though, I know it's a pain regardless.

At least I'm not in peril of having the whole place under water.  How ar eyou guys holding up?  I can't believe it's still raining up here.  Rumor is the sun peeked out for a second in annapolis then disappeared again.

  • Last I knew, we were holding up ok.  The water came almost all the way up to our walls, but then started to recede.  Even though it was still raining (sometimes pouring!), the flooding all disappeared..not sure where it went, maybe they dammed our creek or something.  Our stuff is all a few feet off the ground so I am trying not to worry.  It's been raining on and off all day, so hopefully when I get home it's all still good.

I'm hoping my cat knows how to find a high, dry place if the place floods while we're not home!
